Answer:	The unit they are selling now DOES have AM and FM. I have it and am listening to an AM station now. Make sure the manufacturer picture has AM/FM in the bottom left of the image and that the Amazon title says AM FM. If both of those are there then you are ordering the AM/FM radio.

Answer:	I dont believe it did, however the brackets for the seat head rests working AMAZINGLY well. I am very impressed with the mounts and the players themselves. When not in use I disconnect the players from the headrest mounts for storage and the mounts do not interfere in anyway with the normal operation of the headrest.

To me and my husband, we are thankful it doesn't go any louder. it works just fine for my kids. My one daughter does sometimes put the earbuds in. so I would say it works OK with no headphones.

Answer:	No, only one holds the DVD. The other one plugs into the first so you have to watch the same movie. I was a little disappointed when I received these I thought it was 2 DVD players. It works for now but will have to get my youngest his own soon I'm afraid.

Answer:	You asked the right person. I buy many of VOXX products. Their warranties and service are second to none. I am familiar with these portable DVD players and needed batteries in past myself. Most likely your battery is no longer made, however I was in your place before and what VOXX did for me is this: They said you can send your whole player in for service and pay the repair fee (which is not much more than the battery alone). Then since we most likely do no have the parts, we can offer you a NEW replacement unit sometimes just for the repair charge or slightly more. I took the new replacement player option and did not even have to pay any more $ !!! I tell you VOXX (formerly Audiovox) is the best for backing their products service and cost. It will either start playing immediately or enter the root menu. It depends on the disc type.I always buy Audiovox brand because if ever there is a problem, the customer service is second to none. The company goes above and beyond any company I have dealt with including the biggest ones. I know I get my monies worth when I purchase their products. The service alone if needed is priceless.
