Answer:	The unit they are selling now DOES have AM and FM. I have it and am listening to an AM station now. Make sure the manufacturer picture has AM/FM in the bottom left of the image and that the Amazon title says AM FM. If both of those are there then you are ordering the AM/FM radio.

Answer:	I had a similar issue. I figured out that I had to put the dvd in after the power is turned on. When I put the dvd in first and then turned it on, it wouldn’t read the disk and had a blank screen.

Answer:	It was not in my order of my 16 GB AGPTEK mp3 player. I had to order in separately as the AGPTEK 128 GB micro SD card was difficult to find on Amazon at that time. I had to search Amazon to find it. No, I did not get free shipping as I did not have a premium Amazon account. I ordered the AGPTEK micro SD card as I did not want to buy another branded card that would not work on the AGPTEK player. Both work fine, I use them in my older cars tape deck with a cassette adaptor every day to listen to music. I have at least 100 GB's of mp3 music on the SD card in numerous file catagories. The system works perfectly.
Question:	Can you save specific radio station presets or does it only save the stations it finds in the auto-scan
Answer:	I really don't? I assume if the card was defective either Amazon or their AGPTEK vendor would make it good, and replace the card. I have the 128GB AGPTEK card in my AGPTEK mp3 player with over 90GB's of music on it, and have never had a problem. I use it in my old Volvo because it would be a pain to replace the head unit in it for something that will play mp3's by using a cassette adaptor.

Answer:	Frustrating.. It takes three clicks to do something as simple as advancing to the next track. Shuffle and bluetooth have to be turned on every time. you use it. Can't find "shuffle" until you are in a folder, it's not in settings. Just very weird navigation. Does not remember where you left off in last track. Resume function does not work. The shuffle function is the worst, since you start all over again every time you use it, you hear the same songs over and over. Again, frustrating in what is otherwise a good little player.
