Answer:	As much as I like to "answer" your question with a question I have instead of just answering your inquiry with an actual answer, the answer is yes you can put your "iTunes" music (it's in mp3 format no?) in this, but you're not going to be able to do it like you would in an iPhone or iPod or something. You're going to have to download your iTunes music in an mp3 format in a local drive and then transfer that mp3 file into this device. In other words, you can't use iTunes to manage the files, for example. Yeah. Once again...you can't use iTunes to download music to this device...you have to download the mp3 file to a local drive and then transfer it to this device. Basically treat the mp3 file like it's a document or something.

Question:	From what do you down load music? It is not compatable with Amazon music
Answer:	Any music you can copy/download to a computer can be copied to the Oakcastle player. I've used music from Amazon, ITunes , CDs I've ripped, etc. Files compatible with the player, no matter their source, copy and play just fine. I've never tied downloading from a source such as ITunes directly to the player and by-passing the computer. Don't try to copy files into any of the folders existing on the player, that doesn't work.
Question:	i was deleting music off of the mp3 player and the screen froze,is there anything i can do to fix this
Answer:	Usually I would just let the battery run down and recharge the player.
Question:	Does it have phisical buttons for 5 seconds back/forth for audiobooks? If not, can it be programmed to do that
Answer:	No, you can fast forward and rewind, but it won't skip specifically 5 seconds.

Question:	Can you plug this into a large stereo receiver to use some better speakers
Answer:	Yes, I just hooked this up to my Kenwood receiver and it sounds fantastic. Do not hook this up to the Phono input on your receiver as it will overload the pre-amp and it will sound absolutely terrible. That is more for a higher end record player. I recommend hooking up to the auxiliary inputs on your receiver if you have them. If you do not have auxiliary inputs then try any other input other then phono. I have my player hooked to the "tape" inputs. I am playing Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band and it sounds better then any CD I own, by far.

Answer:	The iTunes program does not work with this and all the other MP3's...Thank goodness...itunes is Troublesome and Archaic...Open iTunes, go to MUSIC Library, open it, then attach the New MP3, it will appear as an External HD, click on a song from the iTunes Library then Select All of the rest of the songs then simply Drag 'n Drop from the iTunes Library to the Opened MP3 player.

Answer:	No they need to be on your computer or something first because there is no internet connection and can't download apps to it. So you'll need to download them onto your computer first and connect the mp3 player to the computer and transfer them over.
