Answer:	I don't use either one of those. I have Amazon Music App on my laptop and I just down load straight from there.

Answer:	My use of the drill so far has been 90% in hammer mode (vs drill or hammer drill modes). Both knobs are set to the 'hammer' setting for me and it works as a hammer. When a bit is pressed into something, I know should definitely know its hammering. Not sure what happens when just running it and not being pressed into something. I know another hammer drill I own doesn't act like its hammering until you actually start to drill. Before that, it sounds like just a drill.
Question:	Can I record from my vcr
Answer:	Mine is one speed, it is not variable. Got it to drill holes in rock for splitting them. Works great, no problems for me. In soft limestone about 30 seconds for 5/8 inch hole 5 inches deep; in the very sense ones about 90 seconds. I have no experience with other rock.

Answer:	If you mean by resume that the music will start where interrupted by saying hitting the power button, then "yes". A couple of features that I don't like are the position of the buttons and that each time a different CD is put in the loudness level goes back to zero. I had a Philips CD player for 15 years until I dropped and broke it. I miss my old player. Hope this helps.

Answer:	It's a SDHC device, so theoretically, 32 GB is the max. However, if you can reformat the microSD card to FAT32 from exFAT, larger cards will work. I use a 512 GB card for my Audible library.

Answer:	Press and hold the back button (not left/previous). A closed padlock will appear. Press and hold again and an open padlock will appear.(This is actually an undocumented feature. I found it accidentally.)
Question:	when playing audio books does it remember where you left off last
Answer:	This isn't an answer to the question, but it's very pertinent to audio books: I was initially very frustrated because it didn't play the files of a book in the correct order. After upgrading to the latest firmware (very easy once I thought of it), files play in the correct order. Also if your using MP3 files like I do (rather than using audible), you probably want to create a top level folder named Audiobooks so the play recognizes this is a book rather than music.

Question:	From what do you down load music? It is not compatable with Amazon music
Answer:	Any music you can copy/download to a computer can be copied to the Oakcastle player. I've used music from Amazon, ITunes , CDs I've ripped, etc. Files compatible with the player, no matter their source, copy and play just fine. I've never tied downloading from a source such as ITunes directly to the player and by-passing the computer. Don't try to copy files into any of the folders existing on the player, that doesn't work.
Question:	i was deleting music off of the mp3 player and the screen froze,is there anything i can do to fix this
Answer:	Usually I would just let the battery run down and recharge the player.
Question:	Does it have phisical buttons for 5 seconds back/forth for audiobooks? If not, can it be programmed to do that
Answer:	No, you can fast forward and rewind, but it won't skip specifically 5 seconds.

Answer:	You can only create playlists on the unit. Unfortunately, it will not recognise playlist formats like M3U and WPL.
