Answer:	There is only one card slot so you will take the 16gb out and put the 64gb in. You can switch them out anytime, just ALWAYS REMEMBER to turn the power off before you take a card out or put one in.
Question:	Can someone give me step-by-step directions on how to play music from just one folder
Answer:	1- Slide the power button on the top 2- Touch the Menu button twice until goes to Card Folder 3- Touch the Menu button again until gets the the Folders Saved (You have to copy and paste from your computer to your MP3 player via the cable that comes with the device) 4- Scroll through your folders with the forward and back arrows 5- When you find the folder you want to play click the Menu button to get inside the folder 6- Click the Forward Arrow to go to the first song 7- Click the Menu button again 8- Click the middle button to start playing the song 9- While playing, click the Menu button to go to settings 10- It will be in Repeat, so you click the Menu button again to go to normal and one more time to exit and go back to the playing screen. After that should play in sequence. It's a very complicated device, because the buttons doesn't make any sense. It was a trial and error learning process to me. Hope it helps.

Answer:	No they need to be on your computer or something first because there is no internet connection and can't download apps to it. So you'll need to download them onto your computer first and connect the mp3 player to the computer and transfer them over.

Answer:	It will show the Hebrew letters backward if the langauge setting is on English but if it is on עברית it will show correctly.

Answer:	It does not have speakers. There is an earphone plug/port on it to have you connect a pair of headphones to it . If you don't want to have headphones then you can buy a separate bluetooth ear phone and connect it to this device via a "pairing" function. This mp3 will download pictures, text, and songs from you PC if you want to play your personal songs collection.

Question:	From what do you down load music? It is not compatable with Amazon music
Answer:	Any music you can copy/download to a computer can be copied to the Oakcastle player. I've used music from Amazon, ITunes , CDs I've ripped, etc. Files compatible with the player, no matter their source, copy and play just fine. I've never tied downloading from a source such as ITunes directly to the player and by-passing the computer. Don't try to copy files into any of the folders existing on the player, that doesn't work.

Answer:	Usually I would just let the battery run down and recharge the player.

Answer:	I own one and it DOES play flac :)
Question:	Will this support a 32gb or 64gb microsdhc card
Answer:	It's a SDHC device, so theoretically, 32 GB is the max. However, if you can reformat the microSD card to FAT32 from exFAT, larger cards will work. I use a 512 GB card for my Audible library.
Question:	Can you lock this one so you don't accidentally push a button
Answer:	Press and hold the back button (not left/previous). A closed padlock will appear. Press and hold again and an open padlock will appear.(This is actually an undocumented feature. I found it accidentally.)
Question:	when playing audio books does it remember where you left off last
Answer:	This isn't an answer to the question, but it's very pertinent to audio books: I was initially very frustrated because it didn't play the files of a book in the correct order. After upgrading to the latest firmware (very easy once I thought of it), files play in the correct order. Also if your using MP3 files like I do (rather than using audible), you probably want to create a top level folder named Audiobooks so the play recognizes this is a book rather than music.

Answer:	Instead of hitting pause for audiobooks, I just shut down and the location will stay. However if I pause and then shut down, the bookmark may not stay and I have to find the lost chapter. If you do a lot of switching media and go back to the chapter, I find that the location where I shut down is still there. This is something I was not able to do when I had the Creative version of this product years ago.
