Answer:	Try the listings for other countries. The N55 has not yet been directly released to the United States. As such, Sony does not list it on the US site.

A: Please hold the power button and play button for around 10 seconds to force a reboot. If that doesn't work, please send emial to support team . 3.Can I install any third-party apps on the M6?A: The M6 runs on deeply customized system.

There are four 3rd-party apps preinstalled on the M6, and they are Tidal(Please update the Tidal APP to latest version first if you meet any problem in using it, Tidal V2.11.5), MOOV, KKBOX and NetEase Music.

To ensure system stability, only certain apps in our white list are allowed to be installed. You can copy the apk file of the qualified app to the M6, then open the File Management app, locate and click on the apk file to install it.

4. How can I access the storage/SD card after connecting the M6 to the computer?

A: M6 uses the MTP protocol and couldn't be properly recognized until the MTP driver installed.

Connect M6 to computer, open the disk named "FiiO MTP Driver"; Then, for Windows computers, copy the "SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones_1590.exe" file in the folder "Windows\MTP driver" to a local folder on the computer (such as the desktop) and double click to install it; For Mac comuters, install the driver stored under the folder "Mac\OS MTP Client". After that, you'll be able to access the storage or SD card of the M6.

5. Does the M6 support digital USB Audio out?A: It supports USB audio output to most of the USB DAC devices in the market(this requires the exlcusive Type C to Micro USB cable from FiiO, the CL06).

Answer:	I listen to Sirius/XM and Amazon Music over Wi-Fi all the time. It works flawlessly and sounds great.
Question:	Bluetooth 5.0 or
Answer:	Bluetooth 5.0 has no audio improvements or range improvements over 4.2. The new standard is more for supporting more “internet of things” and advertising beacons, plus marketing “higher is better” perception. What does matter is the Bluetooth codec. Some companies try to say that SBC is all you need (and all Bluetooth connections at least have SBC as part of the standard), but aptX can carry more bandwidth and AAC uses advanced paychoacousics to sound better, and LDAC/HWA LHDC have almost enough bandwidth for full CD quality (and plenty for FLAC) without SQ loss. AptX HD is somewhere in the middle. Some people argue the improvement of super high bandwidth codecs are beyond our range of hearing, but at least they carry more info while BT 5.0 doesn’t actually have more range or bandwidth unless you get a big class 1 device.

Answer:	Yes I believe there is a tangible improvement in the sound. I just upgraded to pro and found things are more clear more balanced and more controlled. It's definetely a better machine but one microsd only.
Question:	Can someone explain the sharp roll-off low pass filter, vs. slow roll-off, short delay sharp roll-off filter, etc. ? it's hard to hear a difference
Answer:	From the research I found, and what I can understand...sharp roll off is more accurate. Slow roll off reduces treble slightly. The short delay options are newer technologies/algorithms. I doubt most people can hear the difference. The filters are doing things in the 20-22Hz range...upper limits of our hearing. I have the Fiio M11, and the default is the "short delay sharp roll off filter". So I keep it on that.

Answer:	The M9 comes with a healthy 2GB of storage, but the storage can be expanded up to a massive 2TB with micro-SD card! So basically you have to purchase a micro-SD card up to 2TB. I don't think they make a card that large, I use several 256GB cards that I interchange.

Answer:	I suppose it depends on the earphones/headphones you are using. I use Shure SE 535 earphones and I have not found any need for extra amplification. All my music files are flac and many are 96/24. Plenty loud enough without maxing the volume and the sound is exquisite!

Answer:	Yes i rip my CD's into FLAC and transfer them into the player. You can also buy whole albums on amazon and transfer them to the Fiio. If you use a PC windows media cab rip CD''s into any file format you want. I eecommend FLAC due to higher bit rates. Try this thing it sounds amazing!

Answer:	I had the same problem. I just played with the menus until I guessed at the right setting to reset it to English. Maybe Google English to Japanese and that will help you recognize the Japanese. Or most likely it was set to Chinese.

Answer:	The player runs a modified version Android 7, and excels at streaming. You can install/update the apps directly from the Google Play store. I haven't personally tried Qobuz on the device (I use Amazon HD and Tidal HiFi) but it's popular on FiiO devices & I haven't seen problems reported on any of the online forums.

Answer:	It will play mp3 at the full bitrate/fidelity of the file. Lossy formats like mp3 are not generally considered "hifi", but you'll still get the best playback possible from your mp3 source on your headphones or speakers. For better quality, lossless files like FLAC or a hifi subscription to a service like Amazon or Tidal are recommended.

Answer:	m3u playlists are supported with firmware versions 2.2 and later. First line of m3u file needs to be #EXTM3U. Use TF1 for first micro sd card slot and TF2 for second micro sd slot. Playlists can be created on the X5 itself, but you have to add each song to the playlist. More than one playlist can be created using the X5. I don't believe they can be renamed from the name generated by the X5 (e.g. Playlist2). As far as editing goes, individual songs or the entire Playlist can be removed using the X5.So for any playlist of more than a few songs you are probably better off creating it on the PC and copying it to the X5 rather than creating it on the X5.
Question:	Where do you purchase your lossless digital music? CDs are only 16bit so it is not stellar to rip a CD as the music source and use with a 24bit DAC
Answer:	I agree with K.Mitchell. I also bought a couple of albums at 192kHz/24bit and was extremely disappointed when I A/B them against files that were ripped from my CDs. Total waste of money I actually deleted the files.

Answer:	One of the major reasons for purchasing the X5 3rd gen was due to the ability to use streaming services. I have used the X5 3rd gen with Amazon Music, Spotify, Pandora, Yahoo Music and Tune-in. I am extremely satisfied with the sound quality and performance; a definite sound quality upgrade over my other Android devices and my X5 2nd gen (for local music files). Per my streaming experience, the X5 3rd gen seems to provide a much fuller sound. Note: Key factors such as internet speed/connection and the amount of simultaneously running Apps play a big role in the performance of the device (when streaming). Streaming services interfaces are identical to those running on my Nexus 6 (Android Phone).

Answer:	I've got a small system consisting of a 75-watt Onkyo amp, Onkyo turntable-style CD changer and 4 Bose speakers. I use my X5III as a source all the time. Sounds great! You can either use the line out, or if your amp supports it, use the coax output from the Fiio.
Question:	Will this work with Sonos or Bose wifi speakers
Answer:	Yes, but using it with Bluetooth makes paying this much for a DAP rather pointless. When you connect to a Bluetooth speaker, you're not using the high quality DACs in this device. The audio is transferred digitally straight from the flash storage to the speaker and the speaker does the decoding. Basically you'd just be using this device as a portable storage device, and there are much cheaper devices for that.
