Answer:	Unfortunately it just be set to a radio station to be active. You may use your maps and media apps in unison but can not have it talk over an existing radio station.

Answer:	It is output only, meant to be used in conjunction with an already existing 3.5mm aux input on your car stereo. If your car stereo doesnt have an aux jack, this adapter's aux jack will not serve as a substitute. I was originally looking for a way to install an aux input on my car stereo that doesnt have one. I thought this adapter would sub as an aux input but it doesnt work that way. The aux jack is used to bypass the FM transmitter. You plug in the adapter, connect a 3.5mm cable to it, and connect the other end of the cable to your car stereo's aux input jack. This way, your sound/music comes thru your speakers via direct connection, rather than using the FM frequency.

Answer:	FIRST - find a quiet spot on your FM car radio without any voice, music or static if possible. Program that into your FM radio for convenience. SECOND - Hold in on the little round button closest to the volume control, I think they labelled it "C". That will allow you to program the Channel one the VicTsing to the previously programmed "blank channel" on your car's FM. Once there, you have to play with three volume controls (1) your phone should be up; your radio volume should be up and, last the volume control of the VicTseng shows V01 - V30 which allows you to modulate the output to your car. Play with those three to get it perfect. If you have already done all of this, maybe there is a problem with the unit. Works great for me. Hope it does for you, too.
