Answer:	Hi I work with butters and oils and make handmade products. The grainy texture is normal, this is the Shea butter. Shea butter that is raw and unrefined is notorious for creating a bead like grainy texture once it melts and hardens but it is completely fine. It does not affect the quality or benefits of the product and still contains the skin nutrients your skin loves. On a side note, if refined shea was used then the product would never get grainy even if the heat melted it and hardened again however refined oils and butter generally have lost most if not all the nutrients in the oil or butter BUT will still moisturize your skin. Hope I cleared it up a bit.

Answer:	Range is a tricky subject. There is stated range by the manufacturer, and then there is the realistic range of the radio which we call consistent range. The RMM2050 is a 2 Watt MURS radio, and operates on VHF frequencies. It does not do well indoors like a UHF radio would, but outdoors will travel 1 mile pretty consistently. Answer:	No knob it's on the side of radio there is 2 buttons it's the bottom one keep pressing it to change channels lady voice will tell you witch channel you are on

Answer:	The RMM2050 is designed specifically for MURS and is limited to only 2 Watts and to the (5) MURS frequencies. Also, the antenna is fixed.These are all limitations that are part of MURS. We use the radios for a comm system in our race car and it works fine on the straight(near the pits), but gets scratchy on the far side of the tracks we run at. I wish we could go with an antenna on a mast, but can'tbecause the antenna is fixed (which is why I mentioned it.) We like the radios.

Answer:	Yes, you'll see these at a lot of restaurants--often with an earpiece and microphone added for easier communication. The 1410 can be programmed with 4 channels, so you could even have one channel for you kitchen staff and another for your waitstaff.

Answer:	As to use on a cruise ship, I would say no. Almost the entire ship is of steel and/or aluminum construction and no radio I know of in this power and price range would work well in that environment. As to skiing and any outdoor activity, your best bet would be to go to Boefang or any of the other Chinese units that are coming out with 5 watts. Check with the ratings, but even these do their best "line-of-sight". KL
