Answer:	The red light is just to show contact with the radio inside the desktop charger. Radios do not have to be charged in pairs and may not always be charged at the same time so the charging indicator is actually the battery indicator on the individual radio.

Answer:	The only negative i can say about the batteries is that they dontast long. I personally have rechargeable batteries that i use instead of the battery pack and it works better and always gives me the backup power when i need ot.

Answer:	We just completed a 3000 mile roadtrip and besides distance problems, (over 2 miles apart we lost reception. However, we did not mess with the squelch and that probably would have maximized distance but we didn't want the background noise) , the cobra's worked great. I understand it has a Bluetooth feature but we did not use it as the passenger was assigned to communicate with the other car. Worked well to communicate gas, food, and potty stops.

Question:	Will these work with cobra or Motorola
Answer:	Not for the FRS channels and it no need monthly fee. If use use GMRS channels then you need a license
Question:	Are there any headsets that go with these walkie talkies
Answer:	Range is depending on the terrain and obstructions. If there's a clear line of sight, it could get a good range of about 10 mile. In the forest, little line of sight, the range was less than 3 miles. .
Question:	are the camo ones have sticker covering entire radio, or are they actully part of injection molding
Answer:	I don't think they would do the best with multiple floor. It would have to be a strong signal for that. They work great in a rural setting

Answer:	Simple answer is yes. The room where I installed my fan was actually a converted attic space where the clearance was 7'-6". Hunter provides 2 sections of connector pipe; one for normal ceilings and one for less clearance. I used the shorter pipe. Perfect clearance. You should have no problems.
