If your mixer doesn't have any MIDI OUT ports that convert to 3.5mm or Analog cables that convert to MIDI then I'm not sure you can. With my set-up, I have: Mic>Phantom Power>Interface>PC. Notice the MPC isn't in that chain. I personally use XLR to connect my Microphones, the alternative being USB (To my knowledge), with analog being viable if you use an interface.
