Answer:	Hi! Tried to use Sony WH-1000XM3 with Creative BT-WT3. They work together, but I spend a lot of time to get why my headphones connect only over SBC. The headphones has "Sound Quality Mode" settings with the following options: 1) "Priority on Sound Quality" 2) "Priority on Stable Connection" If you using the second option, they will connect over SBC only, and you can't change codec. However, if you will choose the first option, you can connect over aptX (green led)

Answer:	I don't have bluetooth hearing aids but I have multiple bluetooth ear buds and headphones and it has connected to all of them with no problems so I see no reason why it wouldn't.

Answer:	I just did this using a tube Amp that has bluetooth 5. Long story short I needed to make my rear surround speakers "wireless". I used a line out converter from the receiver and plugged the output rca into a rca to 3.5mm cord. Switched the sound sync to TX and then turned on the other device with it not paired to anything. Here's the trick you have to triple tap the power button to get them to pair. Fortunately for me when they paired, it used aptx LL mode and so I was able to use the automatic time align of my receiver easily. So yes there's a trick to it but it works.
Question:	How to select aptx modes on the device
Answer:	You don't select aptX modes, that's determined by the device you are pairing it with. If it's aptX HD then you should see a notification on your devices. My LG V20 shows it.
Question:	Can this be used while charging
Answer:	While it can be used while charging, the manual does advise the user to disconnect from the charger when fully charged and not charge for extended periods.
Question:	Can you transmit to 2 headphones at the same time
Answer:	Transmitting to two Bluetooth headphones simultaneously is definitely a feature of the device and is covered on page 7 of the English portion of the manual.

TX mode:

In the TX mode, the Bluetooth transmitter can be used to stream audio from non-Bluetooth audio sources such as non-Bluetooth TVs or CD players to Bluetooth headphones/speakers. This transmitter is supported to RCA connectors and AUX connectors, therefore, please kindly have a check see whether your audio sources have one of these kinds of jacks. Please note that the adapter should be plugged into the “L&R AUDIO OUT” jack or the “AUX OUT” jack on the audio source but not the “Component IN” jack. 



RX mode:

In the RX mode, the Bluetooth adapter could be used as a Bluetooth receiver to non-Bluetooth stereos such as wired headsets or wired speakers. Pair the Bluetooth receiver with your cell phone and plug your headsets into the jack on this unit, then you will be able to hear the music from your phone. 



NOTE： 

If the TV does not have the “AUX OUT” jack or the “L&R AUDIO OUT” jack, a headphone jack should also work.

If the TV only have a “DIGITAL AUDIO OUTPUT (OPTICAL)” jack, a convertor is needed or you could choose another model of TaoTronics Bluetooth Transmitters, TT-BA09, which is supported to both aux audio output and optical audio output.

Not recommend for streaming live music (while playing guitar keyboard electronic drums etc ).
