Question:	Can you plug this into a large stereo receiver to use some better speakers
Answer:	Yes, I just hooked this up to my Kenwood receiver and it sounds fantastic. Do not hook this up to the Phono input on your receiver as it will overload the pre-amp and it will sound absolutely terrible. That is more for a higher end record player. I recommend hooking up to the auxiliary inputs on your receiver if you have them. If you do not have auxiliary inputs then try any other input other then phono. I have my player hooked to the "tape" inputs. I am playing Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band and it sounds better then any CD I own, by far.

Answer:	Yes, it's poorly been manufactured. I have TWO yes 2 of them sitting in my living room. The way it's designed (to turn that screw) will move the whole assembly of where the arm lies, therefore causing it to "become unbalanced". I have had 5 records scratched because the ARM swung all the way across my album. The slightest adjustment to that screw will cause your record to play slow and or after adjustment, cause it to swing across your album. They need to fix this ASAP ! Good luck.. When I had the problem with the 1st one, I googled this item, the "CON" was that the CD gets stuck... I hadn't even gotton to the CD's yet, since I asked for a record player for Christmas. My son purchased this for me, they resent a 2nd one. and it's defective.

Answer:	The center hole is just a tiny bit larger than the whole in a CD/DVD. I use an Avery applicator device which makes centering the labels a snap.

Answer:	Yes it will. I've been using Avery 8944 on verbatim BR discs for over a year now and not a single issue.

Answer:	Avery has downloadable templates for all their labels. You cannot do much creatively and I haven't tried. What I did and do is make my own template for the label in a desktop publishing program, Serif Page Plus. I can import just about anything into that program. You also have all the bells and whistles you could possibly want, gradients, 3 D etc. It also allows you to do artistic text as a vector object and bend the path any way I want. For labels it is much easier than Photoshop. Less of a battle.Another thing I do is find the album in Amazon, download the cover saved as a jpeg and insert it or import it into my template, size it and voila a CD label. Thanks Amazon. Chuck

Question:	Are the cables included of good quality or should I expect to upgrade to some better cables
Answer:	I would say that the supplied cables are good/adequate. Try them out first with a good cartridge. You can spend a lot on cables with gold plated contacts etc. Is their performance supported by actual engineering data? (Low impedance, suppression of external signals, etc.) or is it just marketing hype? Let your ears be the judge. A low performing cartridge on a great turntable won’t be improved with expensive cables.
Question:	Will tt303 plug into yamaha htr 5440 receiver
Answer:	Thanks for your question. The TT-S303 will plug in to the AUX or CD input. The TT-S303 has a phono preamp built in to it so it would be connected as noted. World Wide Stereo is 40 years old and a proud authorized Yamaha dealer.

Answer:	This is by far the best turntable I've ever owned. My ears tell me that the speed is spot-on accurate and I hear depth and spaciousness from my albums that I've never heard before. This Yamaha unit is also superbly well insulated from floor noise, as from someone walking around the room while an album is playing. There is absolutely no turntable noise being transmitted from the motor to the stylus, so you hear only your music and the included cartridge is perfectly matched to the unit. Build quality is excellent, which is what you'd expect from Yamaha.

Answer:	It absolutely does NOT have bluetooth out. I understand the more detailed description states it receives bluetooth, but really who wants to play music from their phone on the crappy speaker this thing has? Title is misleading and should clearly state, "Bluetooth INPUT ONLY, no output" or not reference bluetooth at all. I got this as a gift and the person that got it assumed it was out, because again, who needs input? This thing is definitely going back. On/off switches don't work right and the player does not send full audio from the record to the internal speaker or through an aux cable to an external one.

Question:	I have always owned belt drive turntables. I have read that direct drive can be noisy. How is this one as far as rumble
Answer:	My previous turntable was a very nice AR belt drive table, and I had the same concern about direct drive rumble. Not any more. The AT-LP120XUSB is dead silent. It sounds incredible.
Question:	So, since this turntable has a built in preamp, does this mean I can use passive speakers? Or do I need powered speakers
Answer:	No. You'll need powered speakers or you'll need to plug it into an amp to use passive speakers. "Preamp" = pre (before) amplifier. Preamps and phono amps take the very low signal from the stylus and amplify it to a level that an amplifier can use. AND (the reason record players need phono-specific preamps instead of a standard preamp) the preamp/phonoamp also decodes the RIAA format that all albums since the 1950s use, which is proprietary and needs a specific type of decoding to play the music.
Question:	Ok,..in plain english,...can i plug this tt into external speakers? that's all i want it for. if yes,...what type of speakers
Answer:	Yes you can... The turntable has a built-in preamp. You want to buy powered speakers. They sell tons of them now. The best I have heard were KRK powered speakers. To get a good idea of what’s available, check out the needledoctor or crutchfield websites.
