Question:	Whats the ideal screws to use to hang on a concrete wall
Answer:	I didn’t wall mount my speaker it’s sitting in a home entertainment cabinet. To wall mount in concrete you will need to drill holes in the concrete using a masonry drill bit the recommended size for the concrete wall anchors you will be using, you will put the screws into the anchors. Make sure the head of the screw will fit through the mounting hole on back of speaker. Mounting hardware kits (screws, anchors and drill bits ) are available at your Local hardware store. Of course you will need a drill, screwdriver and hammer (to use in inserting the wall anchor)

Answer:	I think completely compatible. I use it for a center speaker. It is really nice.

Answer:	90% of the voices are coming out of the center channel, you should not notice a difference, but personally, I would stay with Martin Logan's center channel and stick with their quality.
Question:	Every speaker brand strives to be neutral, so why should there be tonal mismatches? Why must I buy a center of the same brand
Answer:	In my experience most speakers have their own tonal quality however that does not mean speakers from different manufacturers or even different models by the same manufacturer will not sound good together. I use my Polk S35 center channel speaker with four Bose 301 series speakers and a Polk PSW505 subwoofer to make up my home theater system. They sound great together and much better than it did with my original Bose center channel.

Answer:	Must be attached to a receiver. These are passive speakers and are not plugged in so must have a power source

But if you want the speaker to face in the same direction as the mount I think you could get away with clamping it on the sides. They screw down very tight and have a very strong grip.
Question:	are these good to serve as regular bookshelf speakers¬ just for surround sound considering frequency range is 40 to 40,000Hz? subwoofer for lows
Answer:	I have them set as side surrounds and really like their sound. These are bipole speakers so they really widen the sound stage. I would not use these as main L and R simply because they could mix and reduce the stereo effect. However, if you use them as stereo speakers and mount them on the sides of your listening area as opposed to the front, I think you would like it. Just remember that if you want to be true to whatever you are listening to, you should look at the studio monitor 65 or mythos gem or gem xl. All by definitive Tech. Think about it...that’s a combined 1200 watts devoted to subwoofers from FOUR sides. Unless your room is the size of a opera house in Vienna, I think you and anyone else considering 4 BP 9040’s would be more than happy with Bass output.

The guy that made them, Sandy Gross (founder of both Polk, and Def Tech) just started a new company a few years back, Golden Ear, which he has taken to an even even higher tier of sonic perfection. I made the switch, and love them. If you haven’t already pulled the trigger, go listen to the Triton 1 or 2 before you buy something else. GREAT powered towers.

Answer:	No at all. It only inserts into the first inch or so so it avoids any of the working mechanisms in your CD player. You can even have a cd in the player and place the holder in and it has no impact on the way the CD plays. It will fit in any CD Player.I highly recommend this product.
