Answer:	You can obviously do what ever you want however, this is a side firing sub. It is designed to perform optimally in upright position, with ample clearance to speaker side to ensure quality Room filling bass. If you lay it speaker side down, you will significantly degrade sound quality and muffle all low frequency audio. If you lay it speaker up, you will lose some of the low frequency throw to your room and risk damage if you drop something on speaker.

Question:	Can I connect the sound bar only
Answer:	I just have sound bar ,is there any way to connect other Samsung subwoofer with this sound bar ?
Question:	I'm new to this. What does 2.1 channel mean on these speakers
Answer:	The # to the left of the . is the number of sound channels for regular speakers. The # to the right of the . is the number of subwoofers (low notes). So in this case a 2.1 is a left and right plus one sub. 5.1 is surround sound (left, center, right up front and a left and right rear plus a sub). There is also 7.1 (left and right middle). You can also have a #.2 aka two subwoofers.
Question:	Does the soundbar turn off with the TV
Answer:	I just purchased this soundbar for my Samsung Smart TV (purchased 2014). If I connect via Sound Connect (wireless), the sound bar will turn off but not back on with the TV. However, since the setup said you get better audio using HDMI, I used that connection and the bar turns off and on flawlessly. It is also, as the manual says, much better quality.
