Question:	Why are you seeing reviews for the avr x3500 and its the avr x3600 being advertised
Answer:	Like others have mentioned, it does support 4k hdr. I just set it up with my ps5, but initially it was only doing 4k with no hdr or 1080p with hdr. The process for enabling 4k with hdr is outlined in the operating handbook. I had to press "Amp menu" then "hdmi" then "sig. fmt." then "Game", then select "enhanced". ("Game" is specific to the hdmi port my ps5 is plugged into, I guess individual ports could have their own settings?)
Question:	Do I have to use a tv/montor to set this receiver up? I want to use a turntable and speckers only
Answer:	I would think if you select "TV" as your input for the receiver, the receiver is expecting audio via the HDMI-ARC channel from your TV. Is this how you have it setup?
Question:	Can I run 4 zones of audio with a 5.1 surround and an external amp with this receiver? I.e main zone and 3 other zones
Answer:	I bought the 590, appx half the time, when I turn the tv on, the receiver is linked, it is in mute mode. The only way to correct it is to turn everything off. Restart, sometimes more than once. Very annoying.

Answer:	You have to go through a one-time setup process using the Amazon Alexa app. Go to Devices and select the echo dot you want to connect. Then go to Device Settings and Bluetooth. It should allow you to connect a Bluetooth device to the dot.
Question:	Does the product include the usb power / rca / spidf cables
Answer:	S/PDIF (Sony/Philips Digital InterFace) is a digital audio interconnect. This device includes a TOSLINK (TOShiba LINK) fiber optic output port (to send the S/PDIF format digital audio). If your amplifier has an optical audio input port, using a TOSLINK cable (not included) would provides two channels (stereo) of high-fidelity digital audio as opposed to the single channel of analog audio the RCA connection can provide.

Answer:	We installed a professional sound system in a bar/restaurant. Normally I do not like Bluetooth for high fidelity since it's original purpose was phones. The customer however had specified Bluetooth that could be sent from their phones to the system. The first unit we installed was a cheaper unit, and we had interference problems with the building structure, other signal sources, and lack of distance from receiver. The sound quality was also lacking and the output voltage was low requiring additional pre-amplification.We replaced the lower cost unit with the auris True Hi-Fi unit, and it solved our interference problems, increased the range at which the signal would function, had much better clarity of sound signal and had enough output voltage to eliminate the added pre-amplifier. I would have to say I was very impressed with their product, and this would be the only unit I would consider using in another installation where Bluetooth compatibility was required.If you are using this in the home, perhaps it's a bit of overkill on the distance to sound source (phone) or need to eliminate interference, but it's audio quality is vastly superior.

Question:	During setup, all the speakers play sound, but when i play the tv, only the front left and right speakers will play the sound. how do i fix this
Answer:	You’ll have to make sure the input sound signal is surround (Like a 5.1) and not just a stereo signal (two channel). Try testing it out with a DVD or Blu-Ray, or even a streaming service that has the 5.1 like Netflix. You’ve already verified that they are all working with the test setup so the input signal is my best guess.

Question:	Will this device support the SiriusXM internet radio
Answer:	It does not have an input for a dedicated XM or Sirius Tuner as some earlier SONY receivers did. It has an internal input for "Music Services" but the only two supported are Chromecast and Spotify. Pretty lame. However, with the addition of another device that is capable of streaming SiriusXM (such as Sony Blu Ray player BDP-S3700), you can stream SiriusXM. If you have a good universal remote control (I am using a Harmony Ultimate), the integrated control of the receiver and streaming SiriusXM is fairly easy to program.
Question:	Why does the manufacturer keep replying here that dolby vision is not supported? it clearly says on the sony website that dolby vision is supported

Answer:	Yes you can! I just received mine and I had seen conflicting answers on this question all across the internet. When you set the HDMI Out B to HDMI Zone, you can display and hear your computer on your main TV and your Xbox One on your gaming TV.
Question:	How would you connect additional Dolby Atmos speakers to this, in an existing 7.1 speaker system setup
Answer:	Dolby Atmos is a speaker configuration incorporating downward firing speakers. You would use the “height” channel speakers as the Dolby Atmos speaker channel, by either installing speakers in the ceiling, or get Dolby Atmos Projection speakers that sit on top of your front surround speakers. You may be able to rig certain speakers as downward firing speakers, however I could consult a Dolby atmos installation guide as they have all the ideal placement specifications for the ideal audio balance/ experience. Dolby Atmos In home theatres is usually a 7.1, 9.1, or 11.1 set up. With 2,4 or up to 6 speakers being placed in the downward firing position e.g ceiling mounted and facing down.

Answer:	don’t use the headphone jack for your wireless speakers. Connecting anything to headphones Jack or aux Jack usually will remove sound from going to your hooked up speakers. If the speakers are wireless, are they Bluetooth or WiFi? See if you can use that feature on the Denon receiver to pair the wireless speakers.

Two HDMI Outputs

Since the RX-V685 has two HDMI outputs, simultaneous connection to a TV and video projector is possible. Zone 2

This feature, also known as Intelligent Amp Assign, allows users to enjoy stereo sound in a second room. Answer:	You are limited by the power cord and the current from your outlet, usa is 15 amps. USA outlets are between 110volts ac - 120 volts ac. You now multiply the maximum wall current time the voltage supplied. 15x110= 1,650 max watts But at that point you will trip your breaker. Class AB amps are about 60-65% efficient. That knocks it down to about 1072 watts peak at 15 amps. The representative of Pyle here just doesn't know. Their document states the 1,000watt as I stated which is maximum limit on wall power. They do not have actual power consumption as it has no compliance. If it did we could figure out how much it would put out per channel. Honestly its about 45wpc rms at 8 ohms. Pyle representative is obviously no audio person.
