| Answer: | It may be due to the file format of the song. Apple’s digital store uses AAC which is not supported by the earphones. Amazon uses MP3 which is supported. You could try converting your Apple/iTunes files to MP3. In theory (I have not tried this) you can do this in iTunes by going into the advanced Preferences and selecting MP3 as the output format instead of AAC, then doing File > Convert to MP3. |

| Answer: | It doesn't work while in the water at all. It has that information buried somewhere in a description but doesn't say that on the sales page (unless they updated it). None of the Bluetooth waterproof headsets work in the water and most of them say it plainly but this product does not. I returned mine and got a AGPTEK S12 which has a better battery life. |

| Answer: | I've been to the bottom of a 6 foot deep pool and didn't have a problem with them I don't know that I would go much deeper with them, I wouldn't wear them scuba diving. as far as how long can you have them on?? I think the battery life is about 6 hours. I love them because I can put them on at te Gym, do a work out then hit the Jacuzzi, the steam room and the pool and never have to worry about them. |

| Answer: | My guess is it may not be what is pictured exactly but very similar item. In any even I would suggest steering clear of these and similar price ranged items. The sound quality is just not there! I have a semi-pro DJ system (big sound) and I thought I can get one of these numbers and convert my older house/disco/dance music to MP3 and once I did that my BIG SOUND DJ system would take over & fill out whatever sound was lacking from this small sound item. To my shock what I recorded to MP3 flash drive was JUST AS inferior as the machine that converted the LP to MP3. That is when I realized cheap don't really get "upgraded" regardless. I KNEW the sound from this item would leave LOTS to be desired. I had NO IDEA that which was left was in no way shape or form AVAILABLE when using his machine and transferring end result MP3 to ANOTHER far superior system TOO???. The sound was tinny, distorted & even when I call myself blasting the volume (on DJ system) it was OOH NO do not put that on any listeners ears EVER! It's a SIN to not wish upon your worst enemy on the dance floor! ALSO with these low end machines there is an issue of WHEN it STARTS recording. There seems to be some sort of lag time where even though you PRESSED "record", the machine tends to STILL start recording AFTER the song on the LP has begun playing!!! So you have this music just ABRUPTLY cranking onto your set unceremoniously. I just thought the ELECTRONIC version of recorded music is SUPPOSED to be ...well... an "UPGRADE" from the vinyl!!! This thing is just making matters worse than having the LP! I think the more high end of these machines have to be the way to go! I was dense enough to attempt buying a SECOND similar one (after the first one pictured here decided to just stop recording to MP3 altogether, I guess the sound was so awful the machine put ITSELF out of it's misery) the replacement looked better and seemed to promise a better experience by “Wockoder” ASIN# B083SGNC9T I may try to picture it. It was almost identical experience with slightly different issues summing up to these things are not for the more refined ears. If you just want to play old records & NOT bother recording them & don't need to have a FULL SOUND FILL the ROOM experience of your music go ahead it will be like an old Victrola nostalgic kind of experience so so machine so so sound. But if you need MORE listening pleasure THIS AINT IT! & again I was not smart enough to send back in time so I'm stuck with not ONE but TWO mistakes sitting there laughing at me in unison...until I play my DJ system and drown out my sorrows. |

Plays standard and CrO2 tapes.
- DUAL SPEED DUBBING: The dual stereo cassette tape deck features direct dubbing from cassette in two speeds. It provides normal and high-speed copy function. Both decks can be used for playback but only deck B can be used for recording/dubbing

| Answer: | Windows controls whether you get mono (in "both" channels) or stereo. With the deck connected via USB, open Control Panel, Sound, pick your input, and set Windows to use 44.1kHz sampling 16-bit 2 channels. (USB defaults to 1 channel, but this is where you change it.) |

| Answer: | You're right that the description says that there are 2 mono outputs for subwoofers but I think that is an error. The picture that there is of the back of the unit is correct, as is the labeling that accompanies the picture. |

| Answer: | No. The Bluetooth feature is only for receiving from a Bluetooth device as a source. |

| Answer: | Neither of the other two answers are correct! Here’s the deal. This device has an analog knob with aux 1, aux 2, aux 3, and another multi-function input that includes the radio, bluetooth, and the media card stuff. The volume only works on some of the inputs. Bluetooth, radio, and the media card are routed through the digital, remote controllable volume control. The switch between Aux 1, aux 2, aux 3, and the multi-function input is routed through the master analog volume control, which is controlled by an analog knob that is not remote controllable. I had hoped that this device would offer remote control of the analog RCA inputs, but it does not. |
