Answer:	This is not an amplifier, it is a pre-amplifier which means that you need a separate amplifier in order to drive speakers.
Question:	The description says two (02) mono rca outputs for subwoofers. where are they
Answer:	You're right that the description says that there are 2 mono outputs for subwoofers but I think that is an error. The picture that there is of the back of the unit is correct, as is the labeling that accompanies the picture.
Question:	can you use rca in and bluetooth out
Answer:	No. The Bluetooth feature is only for receiving from a Bluetooth device as a source.
Question:	Can someone confirm that the remote control can in fact control the master volume on the preamp unit
Answer:	Neither of the other two answers are correct! Here’s the deal. This device has an analog knob with aux 1, aux 2, aux 3, and another multi-function input that includes the radio, bluetooth, and the media card stuff. The volume only works on some of the inputs. Bluetooth, radio, and the media card are routed through the digital, remote controllable volume control. The switch between Aux 1, aux 2, aux 3, and the multi-function input is routed through the master analog volume control, which is controlled by an analog knob that is not remote controllable. I had hoped that this device would offer remote control of the analog RCA inputs, but it does not.

Answer:	The amp has several RCA inputs and I am assuming if you connect from your existing receiver it should regulate the volume as you increase/decrease volume
Question:	I have 6 zones of 2 speakers. Can I play separate audio in all 6 zones at the same time? TV, MP3 player, iTunes, etc
Answer:	Assuming your 2 speakers in each zone are in stereo, no. For 6 zones, you would need 12 channels (2x6), and this amp is only an 8 channel amp. If however you only had four zones, yes--this amplifier has individual inputs for each 8 channels but keep in mind that is does not provide switching so whatever device (input) is plugged into that 'zone' will be the one played--you can not switch inputs without plugging and unplugging cables in the back. If you wanted easy switching, you would need a seperate pre-amp/switcher kind of device to do that. (And to clarify for others, you can also plug in stereo inputs and the amp can internally cascade the same signal throughout all 8 channels (in stereo x4).

Question:	Does this thing have an/off switch or do you need to plug/unplug everytime you use it
Answer:	no switch. You can plug/unplug, I leave it plugged in all the time.
Question:	Unit works fine for awhile and then starts outputting static, even with no input connected. I've tried it with several amps with the same results
Answer:	Most likely people who are having noise problems it is because of ground loop isolation problem. If you have a ground loop isolation problem grounding the preamp box is unlikely to help. Without getting technical, what you want to buy is a ground loop isolator or a humm eliminator; both the ground loop isolator and humm eliminator tackles the cause of the noise at the fundamental source of the problem, depending on your audio setup, one maybe easier to use than the other. To use the ground loop isolator or the humm eliminator they generally come with instructions, or you can google this topic. If the noise in your audio system isn't fixed by using this solution the first time, try putting the ground loop isolator and humm eliminator at various points in your audio system. Also you can talk to audio people and get advice about how to fix ground loop problems from people who setup big audio systems, for concerts and such; if you talk to the average electronic garage shop audio enthusiast you are likely to get bad advice, i.e., meaningless explanations. Also caution must be used when Googling this topic, much of the discussion, advice and explanation on this topic is bogus, you can get a general correct feel of this topic if you read a number of explanations. Also one more thing that can cause a "popping noise" is that you have too much gain, this is a phono amp and the gain is huge, it takes a 3mV and makes it 2Vp-p this is a gain of around 100 to 200, if you gain up the audio signal too much then the signal out of your amplifier runs out of head room and clips, this can cause a popping sound, essentially you have too much gain. If this is occurring you need to either buy a preamp with less gain or attenuate the signal before it gets to the preamp. If this is a problem, too much gain, you can buy preamps with gain control.
Question:	My turntable has very quiet output. Will this device help boost the volume
Answer:	Yes, indeed. If your need was like mine (no built-in pre-amp on the turntable and no specifically dedicated phono input on your amplifier) you will find this unit to be the perfect solution to needed amplification of the turntable's output. Don't forget to hook up the ground wire as directed or you may wind up putting unwanted noise into the audio.
Question:	My amp DOES have a Phono Input, but my cartridges are low output. Can I use this to boost the signal using the Phono Input to reduce audible hiss
Answer:	No, you can't. This is a phono preamp with RIAA playback equalization that amplifies the signal about 100 times, so it essentially does what your built-in phono preamp does. The output signal from the separate preamp is equalized to a nominally "flat" frequency response and the amplified signal level will overload and probably damage your built-in phono preamp. Plug it into any other stereo line input on your system (AUX, CD, DVD, TAPE, VCR, etc.), but NOT the PHONO input! If you need higher signal gain, maybe look at phono preamps from ART or TCC that have output level controls. If you use moving-coil (MC) cartridges, you need a preamp specifically designed for them...they require at least 55 dB (over 500 times) signal gain vs. about 40 dB (100 times) for moving-magnet (MM) cartridges. Noise becomes a critical issue with MC cartridges because of their extremely low signal output, so good-quality cables and good turntable grounding are essential.

Answer:	When I think of a "full-size" keyboard, I think of 3 sections (left w/ letters & numbers, a middle section w/ Home, End, PgUp, arrows, etc, and a right 10-key section w/ arithmetic symbols.On this keyboard, each of these sections IS as they are on full-sized keyboards, but there is not space between the sections. So the arrows, for example, are immediately under the "Enter" button.Dimensions: 4.5" x 15"
Question:	Why does every speaker I hook up get blown
Answer:	Yes. However, it doesn't work as you'd expect. The FN key must be held down or toggled ala Caps-lock to invoke the function keys F1 through F12. The top row of keys combine function keys and other specialty keys. For example, F1 and speaker mute share the same key. The FN key is held down to invoke F1 unless FN has been locked down. Otherwise, the shared keys are dedicated media controls - a real handy feature. Beware, however, that the lettering (e.g. 'F1') is super subtle on the face of the keys. So even with the FN-lock capability, finding the right function key is a hunt-and-peck operation even in the best of light.

Answer:	Yes. I put my phone volume to max, then played through the speakers connected to the amp, and set the volume knob on the amp to what I wanted the max volume to be. My phone then controlled the volume from that max down to zero.

Answer:	You can use banana plugs or bare wire it.

Answer:	Not sure how you have your cables attached but you Should have the left and right audio out Jacks from The tv going to the 3.5MM Aux in Jack on the amp. Of course this requires a cable with 2 rca plugs on one end and a 3.5MM plug on the other. This should work. Depending on the tv you can go into the settings to turn off speaker.

Answer:	There are no presets. It scans for stations and puts them into memory, then you can cycle through them via a station +/_ button.

Answer:	Yes. Up to 4 instruments can be mixed into a stereo output that can go to stereo headphone and EITHER 2 speakers, a PC via a USB2 cable or to another device via Bluetooth wirelessly. There is a digital selector in top center. The USB2 can apparently also be used as input as there are playback control buttons as well. Have not tested. Note that the 2 odd looking inputs in the upper left corner are intended for mics and can take either XLR 1/4" phone plug connectors.

Answer:	The instructions say that it includes a built in sound card; however, no matter what I do, I cannot get any microphone to cooperate with this mixer to record on a PC. While I plug and unplug the cable, feedback will record, but no voice will travel from the mic through the mixer and into the PC.

Answer:	Hi Kwamie. Since this is a 2 channel amp, it can power them as long as you have a passive crossover for each set of 15", 12", and tweeter.
Question:	Can I hook up two zones
Answer:	Well, I would use a stronger heavy duty speaker-using just the 8 ohm is not the best sound you can have especially when it is recommended to use at maximum power of 40 to 80 hms when at peak of the 8 ohms-and using the PPA 220, bridged is 8-16 ohms-but why bridge, this gives a sound that is being lost.
Question:	What is the weight
Answer:	Honestly, it's not a very powerful amp at all. Had it wide open and had to turn almost all the gains on my non-powered board up to full. That gains AND the sliders. Wouldn't recommend it at all for outside type events. Might work OKAY for small inside.
