Answer:	I can't say if they would work with the S20. They work just fine with my S6. I like them. I use them just when I'm watching a video or movie. I can't say if they'd be good for any other activity. Hope this helps.

Answer:	On the iPad, turn on your bluetooth, open the snap cover of the earbud charge station, and it should make itself visible on your bluetooth devices. Select the "Touch Two C5S" and it will pair automatically (without asking for a passcode). Once you pull an earbud out of the dock it will automatically activate and connect.

Question:	can I power 5 different rooms each with its own volume controller
Answer:	Juke is capable of powering speakers with impedances between 2 and 8 Ohms, with 4 to 8 Ohms being typical. Most ceiling/wall/landscape speakers will work well. Typically, they have red/black terminals that connect to the +/- terminals on Juke’s green connectors, as shown in the instructions on our website. However, for speakers with multiple taps, please connect Juke to the speakers’ 25V terminals. Please call or email us if you have questions or you'd like us to look at the specifics of your speakers. Answer:	I don't know google home groups, but you can have up to 8 speaker selections Juke 8, or 6 speaker selections with Juke 6. They are like airplay speakers.
Question:	Can I connect another amplifier to this one to power one more room? I believe the term is daisy chaining
Answer:	Dimensions: 15” wide by 8” deep by 3” tall Warranty: 1 year Distortion Level & Signal to Noise Ratio: THD + Noise is approximately 0.01% at 1 W, 0.02% at 10 W and 0.03% at 20 W. The signal processing and multiplexing are entirely digital, so the sound quality is fantastic. Cross-talk is negligible.
Question:	can I select more than one zone at a time also do I need separate volume controls at each zone
Answer:	Juke can be paired with any subwoofer. If the subwoofer has speaker level inputs, then it just requires you to connect the 4 speaker wires from the Juke to the corresponding inputs on your subwoofer, and follow the instructions that came with your subwoofer to set its volume and crossover frequency, or simply adjust them by turning the knobs until you like the sound. If your subwoofer doesn’t have speaker-level inputs, buy two inexpensive items on Amazon or elsewhere (the Rockford Fosgate part converts the speaker-level signal to line-level, and the Boss part ensures that there is no ground-loop noise. As far as the speakers, as long as you can run the wire from the speakers back to the Juke then you'll be able to use them to play your music.

Question:	Is there a specific dip switch for this unit or is it a generic setup
Answer:	Yes. However the position on the rear of the unit and their small size makes them better suited for initial trim and adjustments rather than constant altering. I controlled 6 rooms with mine and the volume was always handled from the smartphone that was AirPlaying to that room.
Question:	what are the dimension of this item niles amp
Answer:	12 channels = 12 speakers. Two channels per zone, there are six zones. Don't let the 40 watts fool you, it is more than enough power for ceiling/wall speakers to get loud.
Question:	How do I get it to work? I just bought a house with this in it and not sure if it requires to be plugged in? Could anyone explain how this thing works
Answer:	I did not do it that way. Instead I used Sonos products with 3 of these amps to power about 40 speakers, two separate Pioneer amps, TV's, FM radio, laptop computer, and a Bose CD player. It worked out great for me. Before I bought the amps I contacted customer service at Dayton. They were really knowledgeable and helpful. I suggest doing that with any specific question. These are great amps and I highly recommend them.
Question:	Product description says it delivers a solid 30 watts, but product specifications says 80 watts. Can you clarify actual watts per channel
Answer:	This is actually one of two parts, think of this as the power for each zone. The zone and source audio controls should be run through separate multi audio controller. For a better understanding the latest is the Nuvo line by Legrand. build several houses and restaurants running amazing audio on this multi channel amp. Clients love it so far. Just watch out for the eco friendly auto shutoff. If there is no audio signal it shuts down goes red on the amps, It comes back on when audio signal is turned up/on and does take a 5-19 second warm up to bring sound up, then you get blue-lights and all is good.
