Question:	Are the dual alarms for weekday vs. wkend only or can you set one alarm for m-f and the other to m-f at a different time? For two different people
Answer:	When using the RCR-20 in Bluetooth mode, the volume is lower than when using the unit in the radio mode. Turning up the volume on either the RCE-20 or your device (e.g., iPhone) a few clicks easily brings up the Bluetooth volume. When switching back to radio mode you will need to turn down the volume because it will be louder in radio mode. I have owned the RCR-20 for over one year and played music and audio book on it through Bluetooth, and I have never found the volume to be insufficient. The unit will play music or audio books in Bluetooth mode louder than you can stand to hear it. I would also point out that the sound from this unit is clear and crisp. This is a great unit and I recommend it.
Question:	does projection stay on until cancelled
Answer:	I can only compare it to the Boston Acoustic that it replaced, and say it's plenty loud to listen to NPR in the morning in a 15x15 bedroom. Its a nice radio but as noted in other reviews, its not easy to set up and configure.

Answer:	No. It has an auxiliary in plug, a headphone input plug, and a USB plug that allows charging an iPhone. It does have Bluetooth capability so that you can play music and podcasts from a phone or tablet through the radio. I do this often and the sound quality is very good when using Bluetooth. I am an audiophile with an audiophile home system, and this radio (which is in my bathroom) delivers impressive sound for its size and price, especially when in Bluetooth mode.

Answer:	Your location, house/apt construction and distance to station desired will all play a part in reception. Switching sides in a room or your dwelling can make a difference. Sometimes, even a foot will make a difference. I have had both this unit and the WR-22. Sangean has some of the best consumer AM/FM radio front ends you can buy. Devices in your home (light dimmers, computers, fluorescent fixtures, etc) can all cause AM reception problems. I have found the reception on both the RCR-20 and WR-22 to be quite good. Disclaimer - I live 20 miles north of NYC, so i am in a swamp of RF, and I live in a house with plaster walls and metal lathe... That said, the selectivity is very good on the radios and this also makes for good reception. The WR-22 allows you to connect an external AM antenna, and an external FM antenna. What you can also use is a Terk Indoor AM Antenna ADVANTAGE (Amazon has it) that can (passively or directly attached) improve your reception when you are exceeding the capabilities of the built-in AM antenna. I used the Terk very successfully for years (passively) with a Proton RS-330 clock radio. It really helped. I almost kept the RCR-20, but the ability to connect external AM/FM antennas was one deciding factor; so I went with the WR-22 instead. Try the RCR-20 out. If it doesn't receive to your satisfaction, pick up the Terk. Good luck.

Answer:	The update is for if a course made changes or if we added a course. To run a update you will: turn on the unit, plug it into a windows computer, go to swamigps.com, click on product support, click on update tool next to desired unit, save/run .exe file, and update the course.

The screen will go dim while in WWVB atomic receiving mode, and so the projection display. Our clock searches for WWVB signals several times a day, and each lasts up to 7 minutes with the antenna symbol flashing on the screen. Meanwhile, the projection will be off. After the searching completes, the projection will come back on, and all other functionalities resume.

This Atomic Clock receives it’s RCC signals in WWVB ,the radio-controlled automatic time and date update is super convenient and is also compatible with Daylight Saving Time. Wake up to your weather. Accurate atomic time & date featuring projection onto your ceiling or wall with arm rotation and automatic focus. View your outdoor temperature and/or alternating time along with alarm features and display of indoor temperature (F/C). Has LCD backlight and includes ac adapter and wireless outdoor temperature sensor that transmits within 300 ft. First, use name-brand alkaline batteries dated at least 7 years in advance. Test the battery voltage to ensure it is at least 1.48 on a voltmeter that reads in numbers Second, Outdoor Temperature Shows Dashes and not syncing A: Dashes means you have lost connection between the display and the outdoor sensor. Batteries are the most common problem. A: Check channels. You may be reading your sensor on a different channel. A: Please confirm that the frequency on the sensor and the frequency on the display are the same. This display is sold with a 433MHz version A: Distance/Resistance can cause loss of sensor signal. Avoid having more than 1 wall, window, tree etc., between the display and the sensor. UV coated windows may actually reflect the signal. Stucco walls will absorb the signal. A: You may find it helpful to orient the Display 90 degrees towards the Thermo sensor for better reception. A: Try repositioning your sensor or your display for better reception. A: Complete a restart for display with the temperature sensor: • RESTART DISTANCE: For best results please bring the outdoor sensor in the house and place 5 feet from the display unit. • REMOVE POWER: Remove batteries from the sensor and batteries (and/or a/c cord) from the display. • DISCHARGEELECTRICITY: With the power removed, press one of the buttons on the display at least 20 times to clear all memory. Please do this even if the display is blank to remove any random electricity. Verify the display is blank. • UNPOWERED FOR 15 MINUTES: It is important with most of our displays to remain without power for at least 15 minutes. • NOTE: Failure to allow a display to rest for 15 minutes can result in failure to connect with the outdoor sensor or missing segment on the display. The instruction manual describes a setup for a new unit that has not had time to build up residual electricity. • BATTERIES: Please be sure you are using fresh batteries testing to a minimum of1.48, on a voltmeter that reads in numbers. • SENSOR FIRST: Place batteries into the outdoor sensor first. Make sure they are installed according to the diagrams in the battery compartment. • DISPLAY NEXT: Install batteries (or a/c cord) into the display according to the diagram in the battery compartment. CONNECTION: Allow the sensor and display to remain 5 feet apart for 15 minutes to establish a strong connection. Do not press buttons at this time. The SET/°F/°C button will move through the program menu. The +/TEMP or -/TIME buttons will change a value. 1. WWVB ON/OFF: Hold the SET/°F/°C button 5 seconds and WWVB and the word ON will flash. Press and release the +/TEMP or -/TIME button to turn this to OFF if you do not wish WWVB reception. Confirm with the SET/°F/°C button and move to the next item. 2. TIME ZONE: EST will flash. Press and release the +/TEMP or -/TIME button to select a different Time Zone: AST=Atlantic, EST= Eastern, CST= Central, MST= Mountain, PST= Pacific, AKT= Alaska, HAT=Hawaiian time zone. Confirm with the SET/°F/°C button and move to the next item. 3. DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME: DST will flash and the word ON.
