Answer:	It automatically sets itself for the eastern time zone. If you live anywhere else you set it once with your time zone, it will change to the correct time (assuming it can get the radio signal) and that is all you will have to do unless you move to a different time zone.

Answer:	The radio will stay on for 60 minutes.

Answer:	I can charge on the clock with my case on but I don’t have a Otter Box case. I use a thinner case the Incipio case wraps around the phone, if your case is over over 4mm thick then I don’t think it will. I think that’s the limit of what the clock will charge through

Answer:	Yes, you can choose a light setting when setting up the alarms. I use the one that flashes between blue and red.
Question:	Can the light be turned off at night, then programmed to go on (gradually?) with the alarm
Answer:	Yes, you can hit the color button to change it to various settings, the last one is off. And when setting the alarm you can program it to wake to any of these various color settings ranging from fade to pulse, etc. It's all in the instructions 
Question:	Can you set the alarm to play music from your phone
Answer:	I don't know if this helps since you asked the question a couple months ago, but if you read this and haven't bought one or another, then might be interested to know that my daughter hooked up her phone via Bluetooth to the iBT29BC while using Spotify. She put her song on pause, cut the alarm on. When the alarm went off, it un-paused her phone and continued playing the previously paused song through the alarm clock speaker. Hope this helps.
Question:	Can you set weekday only alarms? And can you set alarms through the phone
Answer:	Thank you for reaching out to us concerning the iHome device.The iBT29C allows you to set the alarm however it does not separate weekdays from weekends. Also the bluetooth allows you the functionality to listen to your mobile device via the iHome device. Functionality for controlling the iHome device is limited.
