Answer:	I had 2 neptunes and they both broke in about 1 year. I liked the design of the neptune much better but hope this new design lasts at least a couple of years (I have a blue/white generation 1 swimp3 that still works).
Question:	how do I ensure that random is not switched on? I listen to audio books and am struggling to keep it playing in order
Answer:	My songs play in the order in which they were loaded....alphabetical. I know my playlist ahead of time so I can keep track of my time without having to count laps. I'm always afraid that I'll do something to put it in random mode, but so far, so good. I think that you can probably look it up online.
Question:	Has anyone used waterproof earbuds with an ipod shuffle. the sound is incredible. i can't imagine that the duo can compete. anyone
Answer:	Well, the assumptions in this question make it hard to answer, but I'll try. Lots of people have used iPod Shuffles with waterproof earbuds. The sound quality depends a lot on the earbuds used. As an integrated bone conducting headphone and mp3 player, the Duo is quite different, an it's hard to compare without knowing what earbuds you're thinking of. That said, I am very impressed with the Duo sound quality and volume. I can hear music and podcasts clearly. I've tried a few styles of waterproof earbuds, and they won't stay in place for me, generally have more muddled sound, and I have to regularly futz with them to research them or clear some water from behind them. I have had better workouts with great sound and less interruptions using the Duo than with anything plugged into earbuds. For me, the Duo definitely compete!
Question:	How do i know if this is the latest, greatest version available? i know finis has updated it because older models had issues
Answer:	The short answer is this one is the latest version. Saying that I prefer the previous version (LED screen which allowed with to look at song titles/order, better volume control, smaller speakers attached to your goggles etc...) design much better. Saying that, I had 2 of them and both only lasted about 1 year. Hopefully, this design will be better.

Question:	How do the Sport Buds compare to the original Swim Buds
Answer:	I'm not really sure if you're outside the period of time that you can return it to amazon or are out of warranty. I would try contacting the vendor through the Amazon site information for that item. You can ask Amazon if you're not sure how to find it. To troubleshoot why this may be happening clean the connection of the player where it fits into the earphone band. Then very carefully straighten out the wires looking for any kinks pressing gently. Push the cord gently into the band just in case they may have started pulling away. Also make sure that you are running the player on a full charge. for some reason MP3 players start losing sound on one side of the other when they're losing battery charge. I had a pair that the sound quit working on one side and I had twisted the cord on that side. When taking these off make sure you take them off by the hard band after you remove the earbuds from your ears. Do not pull on these cords. They are very delicate.
Question:	While swimming lanes is the audio quality good enough to listen to audio books? My current pair (bone conducting) are not

Question:	I am unable to get itunes songs to play after i transfer them - if a purchase the songs again from amamzon music, they play fine - is there a fix
Answer:	I have been through about 3-4 different products and the answer I have for you is that it all depends on what shape auditory canals you have, I have to use one size for my left ear and another for my right! All in all, I was very satisfied with this product because of the great diversity it offers to you. They seem to "get it" that not everybody has the same size ear holes. That being said, I have not experienced a product that can stand more than 45 minutes in the pool with continuous freestyle swimming without needing some kind of adjustment, which I think is pretty good.Nothing and nobody is perfect. I would highly recommend this product.

Answer:	I use them for swimming. I often swim along the bottom of the pool (about 5 feet deep) and that work great. They keep the water out of my ears and the music plays.

Answer:	The cord is about 10 inches approx. Would've measured if I had it handy... The pyle guys should be able to answer accurately. Its's long for me so I hook it with the google straps to keep it in place.
