We suggest using the noise cancelling function with music rather than only turn on the function, which could provide a better using experience.

Answer:	I tested them both. For my ears I found the Anker SoundCore Q20 to have far superior sound. The lows reached lower without being boomy, the midrange was clear, and the highs were crisp without being harsh. I thought the TaoTronics were muddy and boomy in the bass and distant in the mids. However to some degree that is personal taste. I also found the Q20 to have better ear cups, though a bit small. The ANC circuit on the Q20 is also very good. If the Anker Q20 fit your ears I think you will like them more.

6. If sound quality is unclear when using computer, this is probably because you are using the computer's own MIC instead of headphone's mic. Please check whether Hands-free mode is selected as the computer's input and output, which is under the sound setting.

2. Cover the lid and charging will start automatically.

Question:	How can you connect with multiple devices at the same time (phone and pc)? my tt-bh17 does that seamlessly when i turn it on, but this one doesn't
Answer:	They are working just fine for me. I'm assuming the life won't be that long. You get what you pay for. But so far it's been a month I'm using and they're working well. Hope that helps.
Question:	When i turn it off (i hear it say power off), it stays on and i can turn on/off the noise cancellation and the light on it stays on
