Question:	Are these bluetooth headphones
Answer:	I have hearing issues, So, you can hook these up to the TV directly or to the cable box and my wife will still be able to hear the tv?? is it difficult to hook up?
Question:	I just want to hear the tv sound via the headphones and have the tv sound muted . How is this set up
Answer:	Christopher is correct. Although you can purchase a secondary set - which we did because the clarity while listening/watching a show is so much more enjoyable! (Note: Ensure you have a TV in another room before purchasing a second set!). If you do have a second TV elsewhere in your home, put the base where your second TV is and set up just as you did with your original TV and headset. That will be it’s home base and where you charge them, etc. after watching in the other room. We use the pair when we want to watch a show/movie together and both use our headsets simultaneously for clarity and a wonderful theatre like experience. To do so, you simply bring the second headphones out, reduce the volume on the TV to zero, or else there may be an echo, click the small button on the bottom right side of your headphones and the sound will automatically toggle over and you will hear the show/movie from the TV in front of you. Enjoy!
Question:	Does this work on a vizio tv & will it work on playing consoles
Answer:	Contact place of purchase and request a new set and be prepared to send yours back. The set comes with all that is necessary to operate correctly. That being said, yes, you can buy your own and they will still function as intended.
Question:	Can you plug into tv and the other person in the room can also hear the tv, like the person wearing it...or does it mute out any sounds
Answer:	Definitely, by discriminating between voice and background noise. I have been a NASCAR fan for years and so is a friend who is also hard of hearing and I mentioned my set to him., my next trip to see him, I took my set and connected it for him. He watched a race and told me that was the first time he could understand what they were saying. Next day he bought a set of his own. Like I said, this is my second set and I'm using both. The first set is probably over six years old and still works excellent but I have replaced the ear pads twice. Try them, you'll like them. Jerry

Question:	Are these headphones good if you work in a call room, as far as clarity and not picking up background noise
Answer:	Having worked in three different types of call centers, you really should look under Call Center Headsets. If the call center is your home or the facility can control inside and outside noise around you, try to find the type with a single oval ear cup that should cover your ear instead of press on it and that's reversible, so you can switch ears every once in awhile and that has an adjustable extended mic. You'll find it will be much better for prolonged use talking with people and not so hard on the ears. Trust me, you need an extended adjustable/movable mic as when people call in, their hearing ability differences and the environment they're in can make their ability to hear/understand you difficult without one. If you'll be in a noisy environment, try a headset with both ears and noise reduction/cancelling properties AND the extended mic. The LETSCOM is an excellent set and, while not designated noise cancelling does reduce exterior noises, but perhaps not the best choice for a call center operation.
Question:	Does anybody else experience some noise from the left side when exercising or running
Answer:	I got the white noise a few times while setting up/pairing the headphones. I was sitting 2 feet from my computer. I haven't tried pairing with cellphone yet. Haven't had white noise since and the headphones connect to the computer right when I turn the headphones on. Computer audio mutes out okay. Turning headphones off, computer audio reestablishes comes back okay.
Question:	Are they over ear
Answer:	If your ears are smaller than average, yes. Not mine for sure. Standard over-ear phones have an inner hollow with at least 2.4" (6cm) tall. These are much smaller.
Question:	How do you know when the battery is low
Answer:	Your device will also show the battery percentage (I use an iPhone)

Answer:	I could not recommend these for any purpose. I sent them back and got two sets of Avantree which are very good. Sound is excellent, they stay paired, and there is almost no delay if someone is listening over speakers in the room while you are also listening using the headset. Just the opposite of the Tuinyo.
