Answer:	I read a review where it's claimed that the QC 35 Series II maximum noise reduction is rated at 20.8 dB. The Series I is rated to reduce by 25.2 dB. Note that dB ratings are not linear: every 3 dB difference is twice (or half) the subjective volume. That means that 93 dB is twice as loud as 90 dB

Question:	Is it as easy to switch between devices as the QC
Answer:	You do not need to switch. I think people are trying to use these like the 35 headphones. Which is why the are getting frustrated. Unlike those, you are not forced to switch between devices. It will automatically remember the last 8 devices you paired with. And if the device you want to pair with is set up to connect with it, it will do so automatically. It even will stay connected with two devices at the same time. These are much “smarter” technology than the 35.
Question:	Can these connecto to a pc at call center? to be used with voip
Answer:	It will work, but probably not well. They have a problem that keeps them from working reliably on Zoom, Teams, or other video conferencing software when connected to Windows PCs or Macs. There is supposed to be a firmware update to fix this, but the first one that came out (1.4) caused worse problems, so they recalled it, and they have only promised a new version (1.5) but I haven't been able to actually find it anywhere as of Sept 13, 2020. Bose support is worse than useless. I'm giving up and returning them.
Question:	Are these going to be better than the QC
Answer:	I found these to sound better. It may be because the Noise Reduction is slightly better. I have the QC35's and the Sony wh-1000xm3's. I find the Bose 700's to be superior to both even if you consider the sound quality of these to be equal due to the other features. The multipoint bluetooth makes them more attractive than the Sony's. The passthrough is simply amazing. With the headphones on it sounds as if you're not wearing headphones. I no longer use any other headphones. If it's not raining I'll even take them outside because I can hear safely. I just received the Echo Buds and love them. They are my backup when it's raining (I live in Seattle).

Answer:	They are not ear buds. They connect to a mobile device and play different types of white noise (waterfall, rain, forest, waves, etc.). You can load some of your own music but we have not tried that. I will add that they are terrific. Excellent noise reduction. My wife can't hear my snoring!!

Answer:	They do. Not as much as some other in-ears I have tried, but for example more than the Bose SoundSport in ears that I have. I still prefer them to the over ear QC15/25 because they are so compact and I can sleep with them in a plane. The over ear ones will transmit sound if you lean on them when trying to sleep in a plane. I find the "stethoscope sound" to not be an issue in everyday use.

Question:	Do you need head phone cables or any other gear to simply cancel ambiant noise out
Answer:	If its like the QC15, then these will cancel out noise WITHOUT being connected to anything and without the cable. This makes them GREAT for studying or when you simply want peace to surround you. You WILL need batteries though or the noise cancelling wont work. However, even if the noise canceling feature is turned off, this will still passively block out a lot of noise as they are OVER-the-ear phones that cup (and cushion) your ear (works much better than cupping your ears with your hands). Best noise-cancelling phones I've seen BY FAR.
Question:	Will changing the Android/Apple Cable let me use it on those devices
Answer:	Yes, only the cable is different in the two versions. If you have the wrong cable you only lose the ability to control the device from the buttons on the cable. As headphones they still work fine.
Question:	Do the QC25 headphones cancel noise on airplanes, specifically crying babies and loud snorers
Answer:	Flip the NC on and the airplane noise virtually disappears yet human noises are allowed though...perhaps lowered to 30% or so. Get some of these while still available otherwise you will need to invest $350 or more on some other model.

Answer:	No.
Question:	Will noise cancellation work if the QuietControl 30 is not paired with a listening device
Answer:	I'm a little confused - "connect these to switch?" If you are trying to change or switch from one source to another, try holding down the power on button until it starts blinking blue & red (alternating), that is pairing mode and you can switch sources. Hopefully this answer is helpful.
Question:	Which has better noise cancelling, the qc30, qc35, or the qc
Answer:	We also use these for school. I would just put them in a Ziploc storage bag.
Question:	Is there a cable for airplane use
Answer:	No...you can still hear things around you. These don't get super loud since they are kid safe. As a result, you can hear stuff going on nearby. Good headphones, though. My son used his for lab at school for two school years. At the end of the second year, one earcup stopped working. Longest lasting so far for my 8-year old. Added bonus is that they look really cool, too.
