Answer:	Make sure your Bluetooth is turned to on your device, phone, iPad or whatever. Hold power button on buds until blinks red & blue at same time. Watch close it is easy to miss that blinking part. Don’t keep holding button when u see blinking. It should keep blinking while it is pairing. Your device will show the name of buds on it and ask to pair. Click pair & give it a sec. . Once it is paired every time you turn on your buds it will automatically pair again. Don’t turn off Bluetooth. Hope this helps!

Answer:	It's in the right headphone (the one with the power and volume buttons). There's a little teeny-tiny hole next to the ear piece. That is the "mic". I've had no issues with it at all. I'm currently in a ldr and we are constantly on a video call together, and I use these headphones. At times, he would have trouble hearing me when I put the right headphone in my ear, so I just leave that one hanging and it sits on my..."chest" lol and works extremely well that way. I like to have one out of one of my ears anyway, so I am aware of what is going on around me. lol He uses the same ones and I hear him just fine. Never an issue. In fact, we both have 2 sets, so we can continue to use one set, while the other is charging. I love them and buy them as gifts for other people, every chance I get!

Answer:	Absolutely, pairing is automatic from second use on. This is the best headphone I have ever got on Amazon because of its pretty stable, fast and easy connection. Question:	Is it as easy to switch between devices as the QC
Answer:	You do not need to switch. I think people are trying to use these like the 35 headphones. Which is why the are getting frustrated. Unlike those, you are not forced to switch between devices. It will automatically remember the last 8 devices you paired with. And if the device you want to pair with is set up to connect with it, it will do so automatically. It even will stay connected with two devices at the same time. These are much “smarter” technology than the 35.
Question:	Can these connecto to a pc at call center? to be used with voip
Answer:	It will work, but probably not well. They have a problem that keeps them from working reliably on Zoom, Teams, or other video conferencing software when connected to Windows PCs or Macs. There is supposed to be a firmware update to fix this, but the first one that came out (1.4) caused worse problems, so they recalled it, and they have only promised a new version (1.5) but I haven't been able to actually find it anywhere as of Sept 13, 2020. Bose support is worse than useless. I'm giving up and returning them.
Question:	Are these going to be better than the QC
Answer:	I found these to sound better. It may be because the Noise Reduction is slightly better. I have the QC35's and the Sony wh-1000xm3's. I find the Bose 700's to be superior to both even if you consider the sound quality of these to be equal due to the other features. The multipoint bluetooth makes them more attractive than the Sony's. The passthrough is simply amazing. With the headphones on it sounds as if you're not wearing headphones. I no longer use any other headphones. If it's not raining I'll even take them outside because I can hear safely. I just received the Echo Buds and love them. They are my backup when it's raining (I live in Seattle).

Answer:	Just got mine and read your question. If you haven't found the answer, the instructions say "Under pairing mode (Means that do not connect with any device after power on), and twice press the MFB to change language into English of Chinese. " Haven't tried myself but that's what the book says exactly.

Answer:	Yes, they charge via USB-C. USB charging cable included in our package. It takes only 3 hours for fully charge. 10 minutes charging for 2 hour listening.

Answer:	You need to use 3.5mm aux cord to connect the headphone with PS4 or Xbox one’s controller. When you are using the aux cord, the mic functions will be disable.
