Answer:	These do not have active noise cancelling. They have passive noise isolation. Which is pretty good. I wear earplugs while traveling by airplane and working in the office and these headphones are about halfway as good as a real in-ear-canal earplug. So if you're without earplugs, you can put these on to dim the external sounds for some peace.

Question:	How do you know when it's fully charged
Answer:	I got the white noise a few times while setting up/pairing the headphones. I was sitting 2 feet from my computer. I haven't tried pairing with cellphone yet. You'll find it will be much better for prolonged use talking with people and not so hard on the ears. Trust me, you need an extended adjustable/movable mic as when people call in, their hearing ability differences and the environment they're in can make their ability to hear/understand you difficult without one. If you'll be in a noisy environment, try a headset with both ears and noise reduction/cancelling properties AND the extended mic. The LETSCOM is an excellent set and, while not designated noise cancelling does reduce exterior noises, but perhaps not the best choice for a call center operation.

Answer:	If your ears are smaller than average, yes. Not mine for sure. Standard over-ear phones have an inner hollow with at least 2.4" (6cm) tall. These are much smaller.

Answer:	Your device will also show the battery percentage (I use an iPhone)
