Question:	Are these headphones good if you work in a call room, as far as clarity and not picking up background noise
Answer:	Having worked in three different types of call centers, you really should look under Call Center Headsets. If the call center is your home or the facility can control inside and outside noise around you, try to find the type with a single oval ear cup that should cover your ear instead of press on it and that's reversible, so you can switch ears every once in awhile and that has an adjustable extended mic. You'll find it will be much better for prolonged use talking with people and not so hard on the ears. Trust me, you need an extended adjustable/movable mic as when people call in, their hearing ability differences and the environment they're in can make their ability to hear/understand you difficult without one. If you'll be in a noisy environment, try a headset with both ears and noise reduction/cancelling properties AND the extended mic. The LETSCOM is an excellent set and, while not designated noise cancelling does reduce exterior noises, but perhaps not the best choice for a call center operation.
Question:	Does anybody else experience some noise from the left side when exercising or running
Answer:	I got the white noise a few times while setting up/pairing the headphones. I was sitting 2 feet from my computer. I haven't tried pairing with cellphone yet. Haven't had white noise since and the headphones connect to the computer right when I turn the headphones on. Computer audio mutes out okay. Turning headphones off, computer audio reestablishes comes back okay.
Question:	Are they over ear
Answer:	If your ears are smaller than average, yes. Not mine for sure. Standard over-ear phones have an inner hollow with at least 2.4" (6cm) tall. These are much smaller.
Question:	How do you know when the battery is low
Answer:	Your device will also show the battery percentage (I use an iPhone)

Question:	Do the external TV speakers cut out when headphones are used or can someone else listen sitting nearby
Answer:	The directions say to plug in to headphone jack of your audio source (e.g., stereo, TV,CD player, DVD, etc.). The plug is the right size to fit in computer jack. I have not tried them with computer but I don't know why they wouldn't work.

Answer:	These earphones can be used both ways for both sound through TV and headphones or just headphones. It is all in the way you connect them. My dad was very hard of hearing and it had gotten to where we couldn't watch TV with him because the TV was so loud. These headphones were lifesavers.

Answer:	you can had up to 3 pair the charger where your set rest as 3 chanels so you can use the ONE set for the 3 Chanel on 3 different TV but you will need 3 different pair,on my case got 2nd pair and it work perfect on 2 TV set just change the Chanel on your set,like TV 1 on chanel 1 and TV 2 on chanel 2 or chanel 3 and they work great on my case

Answer:	THE VOLUME CONTROL IS SITUATED IN THE RIGHT AURICULAR. THERE IS A PLUS SYMBOL (+) AND MINUS SYMBOL (-).
Question:	I found a card with reminder saying this headphone is to be charged only by 5v adapters or usb ports? is it true
Answer:	All USB devices are 5V, All USB ports are 5V. All USB AC adapters are 5V. That is the defined standard. Use anything with higher voltage at your own risk. Lower voiltage MAY work but it will take longer to charge
Question:	how do you turn this product on
Answer:	You just hold in the bottom on the one side with the symbols till the blue light flashes and do the same to turn off till you see the red light.
Question:	Are these compatible with PS
Answer:	I imagine? They’re Bluetooth and they have an aux plug. I don’t know much about PS4 but if it can connect to Bluetooth or an aux, it should be fine
