| Answer: | If your laptop is running Windows, the Bludio shows up as two separate devices: default audio, and default *communications* device. Default communications device is for BT headsets, and is very low fidelity (16k? unsure.) If you have default audio device disabled, Windows will send sound to default communications device, and it will sound very scratchy. |

| Answer: | I don't know of a particular case for these headphones. The speaker cups fold up to make them compact but it does not appear that a case was a consideration for the manufacturer. I just fold them up & throw 'em in my gym bag and they've held up well. |

If you have a SD card, that will start. Use the mode switch to change to FM. If you turn on the unit as well, it will continue to attempt to pair and announce the inability to do so in the middle of your FM or music. So don't turn it on, just press the wheel. |

1. Bluetooth disconnect or can not be connected
A. Unpair the headphone, remove the pairing memory and then enter the pairing mode and pair again. Please make sure the headset is not more than 10M away from your devices.
B. Reset the headphone.
2. There is no sound on one side
Reset the headphone: Power on the headphones.Charge the headphones for 10 seconds or so, the headphones would power off on their own(you can see the LED goes out), unplug the cable.Power on the headphones again.And remove the pairing memory of your device,then pair again.
3. The earmuffs fall off
The earmuffs are detachable, you can easily remove and reinstall the earmuffs. If you want to fix the earmuffs, we suggest you use glue.

They feel cheap and flimsy in hand. Mines broke soon after I got them. They'll last you longer if you do not extend them. I extended mines on both sides, and they're broken on both sides. The extended plastic is more flimsy, something I didn't notice until they broke. They're now glued in. Oh, and customer support absolutely sucks. |
