Question:	The last set I tried did not fit well at all. The part that goes over the ear was made for someone with very large ears. Will these fit normal ears
Answer:	I've got small ears. They don't fit to tight or too lose. Once you choose the right buds, the hooks shouldn't be a problem.

Answer:	I have not noticed that it makes a sound in my ear due to bouncing.

Answer:	I’ve used these for two years: running, lifting, cardio workouts, etc and staying in has never been a problem. And I sweat a lot during running and I’ve had no problems.
Question:	What to do when running and not listening to them? Do they just hang around a neck and bounce? Can't they fall off
Answer:	Ok I know this is a really silly question, and everyone is rolling their eyes at you, but I have a protip. Cord goes behind your head, then hook the 2 earpieces together, then bend the silicone earpieces back and catch them on their own buds. Do it on both sides and it kind of "locks" them into each other (that or you know, pockets). I actually usually have a bandana on so I'll hook one side into the bandana real good and just keep one earbud in so I can hear if traffic is coming, but you can take the other one out and hook it to the bandana too.

Question:	How do I get these into bluetooth pairing mode? I tried long pressing the power button but nothing
Answer:	Make sure your Bluetooth is turned to on your device, phone, iPad or whatever. Hold power button on buds until blinks red & blue at same time. Watch close it is easy to miss that blinking part. Don’t keep holding button when u see blinking. It should keep blinking while it is pairing. Your device will show the name of buds on it and ask to pair. Click pair & give it a sec. . Once it is paired every time you turn on your buds it will automatically pair again. Don’t turn off Bluetooth. Hope this helps!
Question:	What is the range on these headphones
Answer:	The Bluetooth range is about 20-30 feet.
Question:	I am not a fan of headphones that seal your ear completely and make it sound like you are in a deft bubble. Do these headphones do that
Answer:	These headphones come with the rubber tips. I find they do not seal completely leaving you in the bubble. I frankly like a more complete seal and have swapped out for the foam tips - easily done. Hope this helps!
Question:	Description says "w/mic". Where's the mic, and how effective is it
Answer:	It's in the right headphone (the one with the power and volume buttons). There's a little teeny-tiny hole next to the ear piece. That is the "mic". I've had no issues with it at all. I'm currently in a ldr and we are constantly on a video call together, and I use these headphones. At times, he would have trouble hearing me when I put the right headphone in my ear, so I just leave that one hanging and it sits on my..."chest" lol and works extremely well that way. I like to have one out of one of my ears anyway, so I am aware of what is going on around me. lol He uses the same ones and I hear him just fine. Never an issue. In fact, we both have 2 sets, so we can continue to use one set, while the other is charging. I love them and buy them as gifts for other people, every chance I get!

Answer:	Reading the manual/instructions will help. As with most earbuds, once they are placed comfortably in your ears , tapping or pressing the controls on the bud should beep or speak to let you know the "power on". Commands should also let you know if the buds are connected to your phone or other device. Pressing the button controls on the buds will turn both on and paired to your device. Note if your unsure of sound in both ears remove one while sound is playing in the buds.

Question:	Would anyone still recommend these while iPhone is currently having issues with Bluetooth connection
Answer:	Yes. I just bought one recently and it is connected to my iphone 6. The connection is stable. It does not get disconnected. The sound is excellent. It's got good bass while the mid and high frequencies are clear as well. I don't know how it will perform on an iphone 7 but if it works just as well, I would recommend getting one.

Answer:	wired will always beat wireless in quality. BUT wireless is more useful on the go. it's a little trade off . but it's almost unnoticable unless your an audiophile like me lol. these are 100% worth for gym, working, jogging. high motion stuff. compared to wired. which I always accidentally pulled out the wires one a few times. :/
Question:	Has anyone else had issues pairing these headphones with an apple watch series 2? even with my iphone off, it won't pair
Answer:	I was able to connect. A trick is if you had already paired them to your iphone/other devices, make sure you push the power button for 7s so it goes back into pairing mode. Then go to Apple Watch - Setting - Bluetooth. It should be available there.
