Answer:	The wirelss earbuds should be able to be paired as long as the laptop has a built in Bluetooth receiver or if you buy a USB Bluetooth Receiver and install it.

Answer:	Make sure your blue tooth is on in your phone. Take earbuds out of case insert in ears . You should hear power on and connected. You may have to go into the blue tooth setting on your phone and select H02 which is what the earbuds are called. Once the earbuds are in your ears the power will only stay on for a short time if you don't connect to Bluetooth and you will hear power off . This happens to me sometimes I get distracted after putting in my earbuds . Then you have to put the ear buds back in the charging case for a few seconds and then reinsert in your ears. They should say power on and if your Bluetooth is on it will say connected. I love these earbuds they are the easiest to pair and have great sound and Long battery life.

Answer:	Put the 1 in that u want to pair/connect and tap the middle with ur finger till it says pairing, then go into ur Bluetooth setting and hit the name of the Bluetooth and it should pair.

Answer:	For sure, it looks nice, sounds good and stays in pretty well! For me personally, the volume up and down function sometimes a little confusing, I do sometimes shut down the device instead of turning the volume up. But for kids that age, I dont think they will have many complaints.

Answer:	Do you mean that they both don’t work at the same time? They aren’t synced when sound comes out? You should be able to pull both of the out at the same time and they will both connect to your phone. You may have to go into your Bluetooth settings and connect them there instead of automatically. Make sure the light on each headphone is flashing blue/red, that means they are waiting to pair with a device.

Answer:	The vendor claims they have active noise cancellation but THEY DO NOT! For outside noise reduction, sticking wadded-up paper in your ears would be more effective. That said, active noise cancellation wouldn't help with "yelling and laughing" (as you asked), because active noise cancellation works only on very steady noise (such as a plane engine). Neither the manual or the box even mentions an active noise cancellation feature; the vendor's claim of such is an utter scam.
