Answer:	I purchased this device for my mother and had the same question. This is the response I got from the company: "Thank you for your inquiring! Normally TV's internal speaker won't be able to play sound when Bluetooth transmitter is attached to it as aduio output device, it's up to TV's own feature. This Bluetooth transmitter BTI-038 can pair with 2 Bluetooth devices at the same time, so you can pair it with another Bluetooth headphones or speakers so that two or more people can hear the TV sound as well." We did purchase a Bluetooth speaker to go with it but haven't had a chance to try them out yet.

Answer:	No. Volume control remains on the device
Question:	Can you use one earbud at a time or do you have to use both all the time
Answer:	You can use only one but both have to be connected. You can’t put one back in the case because then, both will disconnect. I usually place the other one in my pocket when I want to use only one. This works out pretty well.
Question:	How loud is the volume? Also how easy are the controls
Answer:	These headphones aren't skull candies. So they're not made to blow your ear off. They're made with quality of sound in mind. When you have them fitted properly, you won't hear anything from the outside so the volume doesn't need to be high. As far as controls, if you have it fitted properly, it's fine. But if not, clicking that button will shove it into your ear. Not comfy.
Question:	Kinda dumb question. Can my wife wear one an i wear one while we walk so we can listen to same music
Answer:	Yes. The right side is the main, with the mic for calls. The left is the slave unit. The left only works when the right is in use. If you only use one ear bud, it has to be the right.

To use the left earbud independently, please follow the steps below: Take the left earbud from the charging case or press once to turn on the left earbud—the white indicator light will be flashing. Then, quickly tap three times to enter pairing mode. The white indicator will flash slowly. Search “Soundcore Liberty Neo L” and pair it with your phone. Please keep the other side in the charging case or turning off while using one earbud separately.

Answer:	Mine was put through the washing machine thanks to my granddaughter, and I looked everywhere for another one. I had no luck. Ended up buying a new set of earbuds.

Answer:	You can only connect with the left earbud directly to your device as it is the main unit. The right earbud only connects to the left earbud. So yes, you can connect with one earbud, only the left one though.
