Answer:	Problem solved: Long press to turn off, long press to turn all the way on but continue to press until it says pairing. It will connect at that time. Wonky but works.

Answer:	Both. However, if you only want to use one you have to use the right one the left one will not work by itself but if you are using both they will work together.

Answer:	Well first of all they haven’t been released for general sale yet so hard to say. However buying these for TV is overkill. These are high end wireless earbuds for music. For TV a 50 dollar pair would be fine. Or a pair of Jaba 65t for half the price will work

Question:	Are they comfortable? Will it hurt my ears after wearing them for a full day
Answer:	I have pretty small ears, as in I have to use the smallest earbud tips with nearly EVERY headphone I've ever used. I CANNOT use the Apple headphones/buds as they kill my ears in about 20 minutes. I've been wearing my Samsung buds with the smallest tips, and the no wing rubber bits and I can go a whole work day 9+ hours in complete comfort. If I'm doing something more busy than my regular office job or moderate pace walk with my dog, I can switch to the smaller of the two ear wings and wear them for a couple of hours comfortably.
Question:	I have a work phone and a personal phone. I need both connected at the same time. Can these earbuds connect to multiple phones
Answer:	It says you can do two sources , multipoint. But you have to completely disconnect from one to go to the other unless it's another Samsung brand . I cannot connect to my HP laptop unless I disconnect from my Galaxy 8 .

Answer:	The only reason for the low ratings it’s because the app only works on Galaxy Buds+ (The new buds that came out on Feb 2020), not on Galaxy Buds (Previous year) and some people are mad because of that. As long you have the new Buds+ you are good to go!

Question:	Do these have any sweat/water resistance
Answer:	Although this does not have an IP (Ingress Protection) rating, the earbuds could have a P2i coat or nanocoat that can protect against sweat, Sony is known for making products that aren't supposedly water/sweat resistant but have been able to stand sweat or water just fine. Another thing to possibly subdue any worries is that airpods do not have any water or sweat resistance either, but a lot of people work out in them and they survive just fine. Same with the last generation TW earbuds from sony, the WF-1000X, they were not water or sweat resistant at all either, but a lot of owners would exercise in them and there would be no problems. So no, sweating lightly or non-intensive workouts wont damage the buds. If you do want earbuds similar to these but want an IP rating on them, there are the WF-SP700N. They have noise cancelling too, but there are quite a few downsides with them.

Answer:	Mine are great at canceling outside noise! Even if I've got the music off, I sometimes have to remove one or both to talk to someone in person, because they cancel outside sound so well.

Answer:	You are correct. These are NOT active noise cancelling earbuds. Though I was really impressed by the memory foam tips' passive cancellation and WOW is it beautiful sound quality. Note:I've also tried my brother's airpods pro (that do have ANC) and it's pretty amazing but airpods sound quality doesn't have nearly the same depth and richness, so it's a trade up, (but I'm very picky about sound quality) just wanted to share.

Question:	Does anyone have a recommendation on Comply foam tips that fit these earbuds
Answer:	Previous answers that Comply 600 tips fit is correct, but it is a CHORE getting them to fit onto the earbud. They will eventually get on there, though. I bought the Comply variety pack, so to help with sizing: I think the original tips are about the same size as a Comply Small. A Comply Medium is a bit bigger than the OEM tip, and the foam will still collapse down to fit in your ear. The Comply Large looks...large.
Question:	If you use only one earphone and listen to music, do you get the full sound in mono in that ear, or do you only hear the right or left track

Question:	Does the bass sound tiny and the mids boxy
Answer:	Bass sounds great, not sure what you mean by "mids boxy"
Question:	Are these buds hot swappable? i.e. do you have to manually unpair from one device before connecting to another
Answer:	I was able to pair them to my phone and then used them with my laptop. I just hit unpair on the phone (not forget) and paired them with the PC. Then I could switch between them but you do have to select unpair on the device to switch. I didn't look for a button press sequence in the manual though to see if there is a feature for that.
Question:	Is it compatible to Mac
Answer:	If it has Bluetooth then they're compatible
Question:	Do these sound better than peat smells
Answer:	I think they taste better than peat sounds, but I do wear glasses so that may affect my opinion.

Answer:	Transparency mode described on the Klipsch connect app photo is only available in the second gen or T5 II Sport or Regular versions. It will not work with the 1st gen T5 True Wireless on this listing.

Answer:	DustProof and SweetProof only IP66 rated. First number for sold particles, think of sand. Six is the best protection in that group. Second number is for droplets of fluid, the highest rank is 9. So the second number, six is rated for Protection from high pressure water jets from any direction at about 12mm, and has limited ingress protection which means penetration from fluids of sweet not emulsion from water. Another words it has the best protection from dust and complete sweet proof protection but not for under water use with limited drop in water protection about half a foot for probable survival within five minute recovery period.
