If you turn off the headphones while they are being used wirelessly, this turns off both the Bluetooth and noise-cancellation. With the headphones turned on and the backup audio cable connected, Bluetooth will be disabled however you will get up to 40-hours of noise-cancellation. We hope this helps!

Answer:	I read a review where it's claimed that the QC 35 Series II maximum noise reduction is rated at 20.8 dB. The Series I is rated to reduce by 25.2 dB. Note that dB ratings are not linear: every 3 dB difference is twice (or half) the subjective volume. That means that 93 dB is twice as loud as 90 dB

Question:	Do these have volume control for earbuds separate from the phone
Answer:	You can connect this headphones to any device: iPhone, iPad (I never tried to connect to other brands tablets). It works with laptops (PCs, and of course MAC). Number of devices is unlimited. Just go to Settings, Bluetooth and Connect. I am happy with this headphones. They were a couple small issues but I called the company and they taught me how to fix them. It takes just a couple minutes and issues happen so seldom than all these little problems are nothing compare to conveniens what this gadget gives me.

Answer:	receiving is great. the speaking quality sounds like you're on speakerphone. you can easily tell that you're using a headset of some sort. To be completely fair though, there are literally zero earbuds that don't sound like this. Even airpods and beats you can still tell people are using them or some type of earbuds. It's a problem with the whole category of Earbuds. With that being said, nobody has never complained about not being able to understand me. they just always ask if i'm on speakerphone or something.

Answer:	Yes you can. I do it all the time. Sometimes it's easier or safer to have just one in, so it's really nice

Answer:	No unfortunately these do not have passthrough ability, so it can be rather hard to hear the outside world, especially if music is loud

Answer:	Yes, adjusting volume is an option you can select in the app where you set what single , double and long button presses do. Mine are set to play/pause on single presses, skip tracks on double presses and adjust volume on long presses. That means I don’t have a button option to power off, though you can set them to power off automatically following a period of inactivity that you pick.
