Answer:	The sound quality is very good with no noise or hiss. Although the bass is lacking it excels for audio books, cellphone communication and non-bass music. I think if you had more bass you would loose the crispness of voice quality.

When the two earphones can't pair with each other or can’t connect to your device, How To Reset?

- Insert both earbuds back in to the charging case and close the lid (Power off)

- Forget both devices on your Bluetooth assigned list

- Remove Earbuds from case and wait for the pairing lights to flicker amber and white

- During the pairing process tap both ear buds on the smooth back side a couple of times until you hear multiple beeps come from the earbuds they should power off (Reset Process)

- Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid

- Open the lid again and search for the following on your Bluetooth available device list 'T12' then select to pair

Answer:	I'm not 100% sure, but my best guess is that you got an older batch that is starting to break down. I wouldn't even use it as you'll probably end up needing to get a cleaner to get the mess this "dust cleaner" leaves behind.

Answer:	I’ve only used it once and had it unopened for a month and when first opening it was extremely slimey sticking to things but after you use it a bit, it gets thicker and less slimey. We just keep it in room temperature house, never the car in the heat.
Question:	Will this device fit in a case meant for AirPods
Answer:	No you don’t have to throw it away for a long time. It can be used repeatedly unless you used it and it’s extremely dirty. Even then, you might be able to rinse it, dry it and keep using it. I haven’t gotten mine that dirty yet because I use it as a keyboard cleaner so I am not sure if you rinse it if you can keep using it. If you try rinsing it and it still works, please let us know. Answer:	Make sure your Bluetooth is turned to on your device, phone, iPad or whatever. Hold power button on buds until blinks red & blue at same time. Watch close it is easy to miss that blinking part. Don’t keep holding button when u see blinking. It should keep blinking while it is pairing. Your device will show the name of buds on it and ask to pair. Click pair & give it a sec. . Once it is paired every time you turn on your buds it will automatically pair again. Don’t turn off Bluetooth. Hope this helps!

Answer:	The Bluetooth range is about 20-30 feet.

Answer:	It's in the right headphone (the one with the power and volume buttons). There's a little teeny-tiny hole next to the ear piece. That is the "mic". I've had no issues with it at all. I'm currently in a ldr and we are constantly on a video call together, and I use these headphones. At times, he would have trouble hearing me when I put the right headphone in my ear, so I just leave that one hanging and it sits on my..."chest" lol and works extremely well that way. I like to have one out of one of my ears anyway, so I am aware of what is going on around me. lol He uses the same ones and I hear him just fine. Never an issue. In fact, we both have 2 sets, so we can continue to use one set, while the other is charging. I love them and buy them as gifts for other people, every chance I get!

For the first time:
