Answer:	Absolutely, pairing is automatic from second use on. This is the best headphone I have ever got on Amazon because of its pretty stable, fast and easy connection. Answer:	if you have any doubts i found a good pair its used by construction workers to drown out harmful noises. I am on the spectrum so I have noise sensitivity issues. if the child can't stand anything in his ear like earplugs. then get a construction grade headphones. I use them to down out the other people in my house or my rude neighbor that blasts talk radio. Question:	Is it as easy to switch between devices as the QC
Answer:	You do not need to switch. I think people are trying to use these like the 35 headphones. Which is why the are getting frustrated. Unlike those, you are not forced to switch between devices. It will automatically remember the last 8 devices you paired with. And if the device you want to pair with is set up to connect with it, it will do so automatically. It even will stay connected with two devices at the same time. These are much “smarter” technology than the 35.
Question:	Can these connecto to a pc at call center? to be used with voip
Answer:	It will work, but probably not well. They have a problem that keeps them from working reliably on Zoom, Teams, or other video conferencing software when connected to Windows PCs or Macs. There is supposed to be a firmware update to fix this, but the first one that came out (1.4) caused worse problems, so they recalled it, and they have only promised a new version (1.5) but I haven't been able to actually find it anywhere as of Sept 13, 2020. Bose support is worse than useless. I'm giving up and returning them.
Question:	Are these going to be better than the QC
Answer:	I found these to sound better. It may be because the Noise Reduction is slightly better. I have the QC35's and the Sony wh-1000xm3's. I find the Bose 700's to be superior to both even if you consider the sound quality of these to be equal due to the other features. The multipoint bluetooth makes them more attractive than the Sony's. The passthrough is simply amazing. With the headphones on it sounds as if you're not wearing headphones. I no longer use any other headphones. If it's not raining I'll even take them outside because I can hear safely. I just received the Echo Buds and love them. They are my backup when it's raining (I live in Seattle).

Answer:	I read a review where it's claimed that the QC 35 Series II maximum noise reduction is rated at 20.8 dB. The Series I is rated to reduce by 25.2 dB. Note that dB ratings are not linear: every 3 dB difference is twice (or half) the subjective volume. That means that 93 dB is twice as loud as 90 dB

Answer:	Amazon has a variety of different size ears you can purchase as replacements to fit your earbuds. They are kind of expensive, so I only purchased one. So far it has worked out really well. Only three downsides: 1. I had pay a shady veterinarian to remove my ear and replace it with the new ear. (A real doctor was way too expensive.) 2. People make fun of me, because I have two different sized ears. 3. No more stereo. If you can afford it, I suggest buying two ears. Be careful not to buy two same-sided ears though. My brother-in-law made that mistake. The dude looks like a total dork walking around with one front-facing ear and one rear-facing ear. The only good side is, nobody can sneak up behind him and scare the heck out of him anymore.

Answer:	I just pressed the earpad on mine, and it rebounded almost immediately. My memory foam pillow does not. You decide. ;)

Answer:	yes, there is a switch that turns on the noise cancelling, and so you know they are not 100% efficient. The noise they block out are noises typically heard in airplanes like the engines, low noises, not people yelling and babies crying, just so you know.. If you want to not hear anything then you have to buy the expensive brands which do work very well, like bose and others..
Question:	Can these headphones reduce traffic noise (horn and engine noise) and bus noise itself (open window) while travelling in bus
Answer:	Noise cancelling technology, unless you spend hundreds of dollars, generally only reduce ambient noise that is consistent such as engine noise or airplane hum. They do not generally respond to inconsistent sounds like speech or sharp short term noises like car horns. They only reduce the noise but don't eliminate it so if the noise is loud it will still be somewhat overwhelming.
Question:	Are these good to wear at the shooting range
Answer:	WHAAAT? I can't hear you. Probably because I grew up shooting without any ear/eye protection... I can still read the question though... with my good eye. As others say, no headphones are designed for shooters (that I know of), however, I have used these with a leafblower and they are better than nothing at all.
