Answer:	I'm not sure what you are referring to regarding the Bluetooth getting loose, but both the Bluetooth and volume work perfectly on mine.

They also skip music forward and backward. Then this morning, after only wearing them for a couple of hours last night, same thing happens. I disconnected from the bluetooth, and when I reconnected, only one would reconnect. The other bud is not working at all.... I HAVE NOT EVEN HAD THEM 24 HOURS. I don't have time for this crap. If I can't get a quick fix in the next hour, I'll return them. Fifty bucks is a lot of money to pay for junk.

Answer:	Ahhhh but can they simultaneously pair and function with 2 devices? With most you have to choose which phone you want to use. So far the only ones that can do this have been Plantronics, Veatool Buds and Jabra Stealth. This wireless earbuds is the latest bluetooth technology (Bluetooth 5.0), and it is be compatible with all devices that have bluetooh fuction.

Q: What can I do if the Bluetooth search fails to find T15?

1. Open the charging case,please put the earbud back into the charging case，quickly triple-click the button in the charging case, and the orange and white lights flash alternately for 5 seconds and then go out. Turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone and click T15 to connect to finish pairing.

2. Restore the ex-factory settings: open the charging case, press and hold the charging button for 10 seconds and the green light flashes 5 times quickly. Then, turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, and click T15 to connect to finish pairing.

Please note that when you get a new product:

1). Peel off the insulative protective filims.

2). Put earbuds back into the charging case.

3). Close the lid and charge the earbuds for about 10mins.

3. When the earbud crashes or you encounter other abnormalities during use, please put the earbud back into the charging case, close the top cover of the charging case, wait for 10 seconds, and then open the cover and turn it on again.
