Answer:	I just had the same thing happen. I put them both in the charging case, pressed both buttons on the headphones at the same time for a few seconds and allowed it to charge. An hour or so I checked on it, they worked but still low battery. Now after a few hours of charging they work fine.

Answer:	My girlfriend has a pair of Airpods pro and I tried it a few times. Apple works better for me but it gives my ears a lot of stress and I don't feel comfortable. So I would say they don't fall out easily. I mowed, bent over. Jogged around the yard. Did various other tasks, and they stayed put. They stay in real good.
Question:	Can anc mode be set to default? or do i have to turn it on manually every time
Answer:	No it cannot be set by default. If you have ANC on and take them out of your ears and put them back in the case, the next time you put them in your ears and connect you will have to reactivate ANC each time. It does not return your last used mode but always returns to ANC off mode when reconnecting.

Answer:	I absolutely love these headphones. The battery lasts a long time and the charging is easy. I just plug it in once a week when I go to bed. The sound is great and they are really comfortable. I had the MPOW 059's before and loved them. I wore them out because I used them daily - I had them for years. I expect these will last for a couple of years also. I do plan to use them every day.

Answer:	These. Firstly, the case is a little sturdier than the M5 case. Secondly, although the in ear fit of the M5’s is not bad at all. I just feel that these fit a little better in my ear

Answer:	I had this problem as well. I unpaired both earbuds and placed them into their case to charge fully. Then re-paired them with my phone and it seemed to fix it.
Question:	My right earbud volume is lower than the left and I can't increase it. How do I fix this
Answer:	IT DOES NOT HAVE NOISE CANCELLING. ANOTHER MISLEADING CHINESE SELLER. UGH. No wonder they're so cheap. I'm returning these. The sound quality is muffled, not clear, not crisp. High frequencies are dampened, bass is shallow. It's basically a poor quality ear plug good enough to make phone calls. As far as noise cancelling, just use any foam ear plug and that would be much better than this.
