Answer:	Hold the button on the microphone down until its blinking blue and red. If you have windows 10, just go to start menu, type in bluetooth, click on bluetooth and other devices and click add device. You should see the device Mpow, click it and let it pair until complete. If you are unable to click the add bluetooth device you need to get a bluetooth adapter first.

Answer:	I have the same issue, and I've been unable to get help from customer support because they want the order number and I received it as a gift from my gift registry. The manual which comes with it is minimal.

Answer:	Mine has no mute button, but I have not tried the suggested 2 quick taps of the hang up button to put on mute. Haven't needed it so haven't tried it. I think they'll eventually fix this for folks who need to be able to mute since the device can connect two or more blue tooth connections at the same time.

Answer:	It will not. The 8841 is not BT capable, but the 8851 is.
Question:	Why does the red charger light go off after only a few second when I do my first charge? It is supposed to be for 2 hours the first time B4 use
Answer:	The light goes off after the battery has s full charge. One of mine did that and lasted 2 days. The battery may of had a good charge when you received

Answer:	The unit failed after being "soaked" in sweat on a really humid day in July. I typically ware the unit around my neck like a necklace when not in use and on that day sweat was dripping off of the unit. It quit working. I cleaned the unit with a damp cloth and let it sit over night then charged it. It powered up but would not transmit\receive so I let it sit for a couple of days then tried to power it up again. It would not power up so I ordered a replacement. That was several weeks ago.... last week I tried turning it on prior to trashing it and guess what...It powered up and works fine so I put it back into service. Go figure!

Question:	Gen 2, 3, and 4 (this) all have same specs but increasing prices, what is the real difference? All have same chip, bluetooth vers. bat life etc
Answer:	I can't speak on the 2, but the only difference I see between the 3 and 4 are the colors (going by the pictures) and the case you receive with the 4. Honestly, I think the price increase with the 4 covers the case. Since the case was a great idea, I didn't mind spending the extra money for it.
Question:	is the mic clear
Answer:	I returned the headset I bought in Aug 2018 because the call quality, mic and sound, were very poor. Got a delivery today that I wasn't expecting and lo and behold, a replacement Mpow headset. I connected it to my phone and decided to fully charge it before making a call. Well, I called my hubby and I'm still disappointed with the call quality. He sounded a bit muffled and he said I also sounded a little muffled, but not too bad. He forgot his headset at home today, so the quality should have been better. Will try again tomorrow when he has his headset on, but I'm not hopeful. My previous 2 headsets that I loved were LG Tone 730 and the call quality was perfect. However, the on/off switch broke on both of them. I'm still using the 2nd pair, opening up the case (and taping it shut again) and manually flipping the switch to turn on in the morning and off at night. I would not recommend this headset for making phone calls. If you need it mainly for listening to music, it's ok.
