Answer:	Connected my 8bitdo SN30 Pro+ controller in "Switch" mode easily. It is recognized by Windows and Steam as a Switch Pro Controller and works great so far. I am sure it would do fine with Windows' native xinput mode as well, but haven't tried it yet. Since Windows does support the Switch Pro now, I imagine the Official Switch Pro controller would have no problems pairing if 8bitdo can pair.

Answer:	I just had the same thing happen. I put them both in the charging case, pressed both buttons on the headphones at the same time for a few seconds and allowed it to charge. An hour or so I checked on it, they worked but still low battery. Now after a few hours of charging they work fine.
