Question:	There's a slight, but constant "tone" in my ear the whole time I'm using this. Is that normal
Answer:	I wear glasses and do not have a problem wearing this headset. I even forget when I have it in my ear. I do recommend using the little silicone sleeve that comes with it. It helps with it staying in place and with sound direction into your ear.
Question:	Can I Answer a phone call with headset
Answer:	That was difficult for me and I am not sure how I got it back to English. I accidentally hit the volume buttons wrong and it went off of English. I read somewhere that you have to somehow press volume up and down at the same time to get it back. I'm not sure that's exactly what I did, but I fiddled with it for a few minutes and finally got it back to English. To be honest, it seemed like I kept pressing around in the middle (between- the volume is one long key with each end doing either vol up or vol down) of the volume keys until I heard it say something about English. But I did get it back.

Question:	How do I get these into bluetooth pairing mode? I tried long pressing the power button but nothing
Answer:	Make sure your Bluetooth is turned to on your device, phone, iPad or whatever. Hold power button on buds until blinks red & blue at same time. Watch close it is easy to miss that blinking part. Don’t keep holding button when u see blinking. It should keep blinking while it is pairing. Your device will show the name of buds on it and ask to pair. Click pair & give it a sec. . Once it is paired every time you turn on your buds it will automatically pair again. Don’t turn off Bluetooth. Hope this helps!
Question:	What is the range on these headphones
Answer:	The Bluetooth range is about 20-30 feet.
Question:	I am not a fan of headphones that seal your ear completely and make it sound like you are in a deft bubble. Do these headphones do that
Answer:	These headphones come with the rubber tips. I find they do not seal completely leaving you in the bubble. I frankly like a more complete seal and have swapped out for the foam tips - easily done. Hope this helps!
Question:	Description says "w/mic". Where's the mic, and how effective is it
Answer:	It's in the right headphone (the one with the power and volume buttons). There's a little teeny-tiny hole next to the ear piece. That is the "mic". I've had no issues with it at all. I'm currently in a ldr and we are constantly on a video call together, and I use these headphones. At times, he would have trouble hearing me when I put the right headphone in my ear, so I just leave that one hanging and it sits on my..."chest" lol and works extremely well that way. I like to have one out of one of my ears anyway, so I am aware of what is going on around me. lol He uses the same ones and I hear him just fine. Never an issue. In fact, we both have 2 sets, so we can continue to use one set, while the other is charging. I love them and buy them as gifts for other people, every chance I get!

Question:	how long does it take to charge
Answer:	As mentioned by Patozon, the trick is to make sure you charge the headphones using a 5V 1A adapter. If you happen to have an iPhone adapter, those are perfect. That will take the least amount of time to fully charge. I think mine charges in only 2.5 hours. Learning how to get the quickest charge for these headphones ended up teaching me a lot about charging devices and being sure you have the appropriate adapter. It's worth learning about because you can potentially destroy your devices if you do it wrong.
Question:	why can't i turn up the volume when plugged in
Answer:	I think when the wire is connected it cuts battery power. It says that when u have wired connection you have unlimited listen time, which must mean it is just working off the sound provided to it by what ever device you are listening to. Unlike beats that still use the battery to power the speakers and volume even when wired.
Question:	Are these true multipoint bluetooth? Are they able to attach to multiple devices at the same time
Answer:	I had connected these to two different iPads at one point. Only one iPad was in use at a time, but the other was often nearby. I would sometimes get messages "phone 1 connected, phone 2 connected, phone 1 disconnected, phone 2 disconnected, phone 2 connected". So it would connect and disconnect periodically, during use. However, if I unpaired one of the iPads so it was only connected to 1, then it never disconnected/reconnected in the middle of use anymore. So I just use it with one device. It's probably OK if the two devices are not too near each other.
Question:	Are these comfortable if you wear glasses
Answer:	They are for me. I wear them for 45 to 60 minutes at a time with my wire frame glasses with no discomfort. In fact, they're the most comfortable headset I own.
