Answer:	Ear piece puts out sound for both left AND right in one ear so not stereo in the way it’s defined (different sounds in each ear) but you get all sounds. I tested it on a song that I knew had different sounds in each ear; I heard it all.

Answer:	Hi, At the buttom of the earphone, there is a little gap between the cover of the usb port and the product, use your nail to open it, and then you can connect it with usb cord. Note: usb cord can be used with charger adapter under voltage 5V, charging time is about 2 hrs (light from red to blue/ off). I wear mine at night, & have never seen the light from this earbud, even in a very dark room. 1. Pairing Steps

• Press the earbud button 1-2 seconds to turn on it (indicator flashes red)
• Keep holding the earpiece more 2-3 seconds to be ready to pair (indicator flashes red and blue alternately)
• Search name "J18" with your phone and connect (no flash after paired)

2. Voice prompt – Earbud light status

• "Power On" : turn on - blue light blinks
• "Ready to pair" : Pairing status - red and blue light blinking by turns
• "Power Off“：turn off - red light blinks

3. Note:

• To protect battery life, you'd better charge the earbud once every month if you don't use it.
• 2 same earbuds can NOT connect each other and work together.

Question:	Is it working with Se2020 i phone
Answer:	The connector cord that connects the device to the pc is defective. Unfortunately my replacement cord (that i found in a draw of extras that I had) is unmarked so i cant tell you its specifications. The device itself is fine after you replace the cord that it comes with.
Question:	where is this made
Answer:	Dear Danna, Just use the mp3 player as simple as a flash driver. When you plug in mp3 player to your Mac with cable. Select "Play & Transfer". And then a new disk named"X02" will show up. Just drop all you music to the disk, or create a folder to help you sort music. If your computer can't detect mp3 player, try to update USB driver before transfer.
