Question:	Do you have to press and hold a button to use the microphone or can you use it hands free
Answer:	They are designed to work for iphone, if you use them for something like android else you may need to customize the click behavior with a third party app. BUT, it does fail sometimes after hard use but never heard of it being a problem right out of the box

Answer:	I don't know that you can use this as a mic on PC, if that's what you're really looking to do. That's why you only need to worry about plugging it into your output (normal headphone jack).

Answer:	yeah they do, they're a different shape/size than the ones that come on the headphones. Not a big difference, but definitely different. I think both fit well because they're that memory-foam like feel like molds to the shape of the ear.

Question:	Do these come with the clip? I’ve ordered them twice and neither have come with the clip
Answer:	I've owned a couple of pairs of these. Great little earbuds for the price and I'm rough on them, using them for workouts, yard work, even in the sauna (probably not a good idea). Eventually they give out, but at this price I don't mind. The last pair I ordered from Amazon had the clip and I consider it essential, that way you can pull them out of your ears and they hang safely on your shoulders. Without the clip they're constantly sliding onto the ground or floor. Sadly, I recently bought a pair at Best Buy, opened it at home and there was no clip. Took it back to exchange it, and none of the other boxes they had in stock included the clip. So I don't trust that the clip is included any more, and will probably move on to another set of buds.
Question:	My buds do not turn on. I put them in the charger and only get a flashing red light, but it still doesn't turn on. Are they broken
Answer:	Usually flashing means they are ready to pair. Hold the power button down until the light goes off, then try plugging them back into the charger. Mine do not flash while charging. If that doesn't work they may be defective.

Answer:	YOU don't need changing case to connect to phone. You would need to reconnect via the setup screen in your phone

Answer:	This version pumps out a volume of 110 db and the $69 version is only 103 decibals. It doesn't seem like much of a difference, until you want to turn up your jam you've been waiting on.

Answer:	Overall sound quality is excellent. I personally haven't used the bass much but when I did it seemed top quality as well. I really enjoy the long lasting charge as it allows me to watch a movie or 4 or 5 episodes of TV shows without bothering my wife.

Answer:	Yes, it has a variety of 7 different style rubber fittings (had to count those). And comes with a hard leather- like case. These sometimes do come out of my ears, but the sound quality is so great, I don't care too much. Even blocks out most of the kids noise!

Answer:	There is no volume control on the headphones. All volume adjustment is from the playback device or amplifier.

Answer:	*Proceeds to bump headphone cord into body* Not really. its not noticeable, especially when listening to music. When i'm running with these in there is naturally a small rhythmic thump, but its not an ear chattering, stethoscope thump.
Question:	Does the mic Controls Work with Android
Answer:	Yes. When you activate voice controls with any aspect of the android OS the mic on the jLab headphones will activate and pick up your voice. I've even used voice-to-text on the subway (very loud environment) and the mic was able to pick up my voice and android transcribed my voice to text perfectly.

Answer:	According to their video on jlabgo, "It is crucial that you use a use 5.0 volt 1A adaptor". This is a standard Apple charger. The device doesn't have the ability to regulate power (like an Apple product does) so my android chargers caused charging problems. I realized this when I was troubleshooting why I had about a 1 hour battery life. I'm currently charging to see if I fried the battery.
