Answer:	I am 6'4" and 180 lbs and the medium is long enough and not tight. Length won't be a problem but if you're a bigger guy the breadth might not work.

Answer:	Sorry. They are wired, no bluetooth technology in this model. Excellent sound quality!

Answer:	Yes. it does. Mine came with three pairs of different sized ear tips in a separate plastic bag, and one more pair (may be a mid-size) came which had been already installed on the earphones. Thus, four pairs of ear tips came to me with a pair of ear buds. Good luck!

Answer:	I don' know how long you've had your iem-s for but I've had mine for a little over a year and the resin that hold the connector is breaking apart, add a little moister and it is possible that you might get shocked. Check for any cracks on the resin that houses the connectors also make sure every thing is dry.

Answer:	I believe the headphones I received have the stealth revision. I took my chance and purchased these (Feb 22 2020). The seller on the listing at the time was Audio Advisor Inc. KZ ZSTX Wearing Guidance

A: Connect Cable and Earphone:

• Step 1: Distinguish the Right and Left side of both earphone and cable.

1. Earphone: Making the earphone panel face to you and let the narrow part at the bottom like photo 1, the silicone sleeve facing to the right side is the right earphone, the silicone sleeve facing to the left side is the left earphone.
2. Cable: Found the L and R letters on the cable plastic connector part, L is left cable, R is right cable.

• Step 2: Install left cable to left earphone and right cable to right earphone. （Please pull out or insert the pin carefully.）

1. Making the left earphone panel face to you and let the narrow part at the bottom.
2. Making the L letter on the left cable face to you, thus will make the pin head up and at the correct direction.
3. After done Step 2.1, 2.2, Install the cable to the earphone, until it fits perfectly.
4. The same to the Right cable and right earphone.

B: How to Wearing Earphone?

• Step 1: After assemble the cable and earphone Correctly , distinguish right and left earphone.

1. If you do not know how to install and distinguish, please return to how to install part.

• Step 2: Wear the earphone and fix the cable.

1. Let the narrow part of the earphone at the bottom, then Insert the left earphone to your left ear. Press and hold the headset panel to adjust the seal.
2. Adjust the earphone wire and let the earphone cable fixed over your ear.
