Question:	What type of comply foam tips fit these earphones
Answer:	Not sure about Comply Foam tips, but I was able to use some of my extra JLAB double flange eartips and they fit perfectly. I believe they are standard earbud sizes. All of the specs and instructions are printed in Japanese. Note: you must get a good seal in the ear canal to get the best sound and bass effect. I prefer these over my old Beyerdynamic DTX 102ie earphones (way better clarity and bass).
Question:	How much noise isolation do they provide? I want some earbuds with low isolation, for street safe wearing. Just like an open driver earphones
Answer:	If you don't want isolation, why bother buying in-ear headphones? These provide pretty good isolation. I wouldn't recommend wearing these on street.You should look at Aurvana air or Bose sie2. In my opinion, they have low isolation and provide pretty good sound quality.
Question:	do these have a built in mic
Answer:	No they do not have a built in inline Mic / controller for smartphone use. They are audiophile ear monitors only.
Question:	Whats the differrnce between the tenoro and the basso
Answer:	The Tenore is tuned more for mid range frequencies with nice, tight bass, & good sub bass. The Basso sounds the same when it comes to the mid & highs but adds quite a bit more bass & sub bass. Some feel that the increased bass over powers the mids somewhat. However, I don't feel this is so. For acoustic, vocals, jazz, classical music, the Tenore well do nicely. For EDM, hip-hop, rap, rock, the Bassos bass is very addictive. They both sound great & will put IEM's costing upwards of triple their price to shame. I liked them so much so that I purchased the other IEM models that Zero Audio makes (Singulo, Doppio, Duoza). Each is tuned differently.

How to use it on PS4?

1. Please test it with your cell-phone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well.

2. Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad

3. Then long press the PS4 button or enter the System Settings, there is a peripheral machines choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "Output to the headphones", then change it to "All audio". If you have the audio on the "All Audio" setting you can, but if it's set to "Chat Audio" you can only hear form the side with the mic.

Answer:	I've got small ears. They don't fit to tight or too lose. Once you choose the right buds, the hooks shouldn't be a problem.
Question:	Does the cord bounce and make sound in your ear when running
Answer:	I have not noticed that it makes a sound in my ear due to bouncing.
Question:	Just got them. Hope they're good for runners and people that work out/move a lot with them in. Also sweat. Wireless so hoping for a solid connection
Answer:	I’ve used these for two years: running, lifting, cardio workouts, etc and staying in has never been a problem. And I sweat a lot during running and I’ve had no problems.
Question:	What to do when running and not listening to them? Do they just hang around a neck and bounce? Can't they fall off
Answer:	Ok I know this is a really silly question, and everyone is rolling their eyes at you, but I have a protip. Cord goes behind your head, then hook the 2 earpieces together, then bend the silicone earpieces back and catch them on their own buds. Do it on both sides and it kind of "locks" them into each other (that or you know, pockets). I actually usually have a bandana on so I'll hook one side into the bandana real good and just keep one earbud in so I can hear if traffic is coming, but you can take the other one out and hook it to the bandana too.
