Answer:	There is NO mic on these headphones, built-in or otherwise. Since I do not use these headphones with my phone, I can not say IF the volume control works on them either. When I have these plugged-in to my TV/computer monitor, I use a "mini pre-amp" to control the volume. Hope this helps...

Answer:	I frequently use these for phone calls. On this same product page, when you look at all the color options, you'll also notice that there is a version with a mic and one without. Obviously, the one with the mic will work fine for calls, but at least on an iPhone, the one without a mic can also work -- I can't say this with certainty, but I think when you plug in non-mic earbuds, the phone activates the same built-in mic it uses when you talk on speakerphone.

Answer:	I use my (hybrid road) bike daily with these on, cycling 10 to 17 miles per day. They work well for me, and stay on. You can change the rubber end to find the best ear fit. Answer:	The connector cord that connects the device to the pc is defective. Unfortunately my replacement cord (that i found in a draw of extras that I had) is unmarked so i cant tell you its specifications. The device itself is fine after you replace the cord that it comes with.

Answer:	Dear Danna, Just use the mp3 player as simple as a flash driver. When you plug in mp3 player to your Mac with cable. Select "Play & Transfer". And then a new disk named"X02" will show up. Just drop all you music to the disk, or create a folder to help you sort music. If your computer can't detect mp3 player, try to update USB driver before transfer.
