How to Re-Sync Earbuds:

1) For ease of distinction hold L earbud with left hand and R earbud on right hand.

2) Turn on the earbuds and hold the button on both earbuds for 10 seconds at the same time.

3) The LED will flash red/blue and after the 10 sec will flash only blue, let go of the earbuds and Quickly tap the Right Earbud 2 times, Earbuds will continue blinking until one of the earbuds will turn off, it's normal, the other one will continue flashing red/blue.

4) Go to your device's Bluetooth setting and "F9 or Headset" should show up only once instead of 2 times separately. Repeat steps 2&3 if "F9 or headset" shows up separately again, sometimes it takes a couple of tries for the devices to completely re-sync.

5) Connect your earbuds now and both will be fully paired.

Answer:	I have both 9 inch and 7 inch blade, my stihl is bit more powerful than yours, my recommendation to you is to buy the 7" inch blade not the 9 inch blade, as 9 inch you will be placing stress on your unit and it will not run as fast as the 7 inch blade, I love the 7 inch blade.

Answer:	The sound quality is very good with no noise or hiss. Although the bass is lacking it excels for audio books, cellphone communication and non-bass music. I think if you had more bass you would loose the crispness of voice quality.

Answer:	You can solve this problem by resetting the Bluetooth earbuds. The reset operation is as follows: 1.Long press and hold the multi-functional key of the earbuds and put them into the charging case to charge,then release multi-functional key; 2.Turn on your mobile phone bluetooth and delete all the bluetooth devices you have connected(including the earphones)，and attempt to reconnect to them.

Answer:	I would think so. It fits pretty snug on an adult female but also stretchy. Does a good job holding the hair back. I can slip it over my head and around my neck, there isn't much room, so could be used for cooling that way on children.

Answer:	This cooling headband is activated with water, but depending on how much water is used, how much it is wrung out, it wont make your hair TOO wet? It can also be used as a regular headband – no water needed!

Question:	How is the sound quality of bluetooth headphones
Answer:	In my life, it is NOT "all about the bass." I use these as I exercise, sometimes listening to music, sometimes to podcasts, and sometimes to audiobooks. I am very happy with them, and more than satisfied. Certainly they give me better sound quality than I have had before. Assess the purpose for which you intend to use these. If you ARE "all about the bass," those who are saying "poor quality, no bass" may steer you elsewhere. As for me, I have no complaints.
Question:	Do these sync everytine they are taken out of the box to my phone or do they to be re connected
Answer:	Yes, the earbuds will auto connect with you if you always sync remove they out of box.
Question:	Can you use only one earbud at a time
Answer:	Yes, you can use both earbuds individually. The left earbud will automatically work independently of the right one but the right earbud connects to the left until you separately pair it to your phone. Put the left earbud in the case and manually pair the right one to your phone. Hold the button on the right earbud until the lights blink to indicate pairing, then connect/pair it to your phone. I labeled them X9-Rt and X9-Lt to distinguish between the two.
Question:	how is the sound of the wireless earbuds
Answer:	Wow unless I got a severely defective pair, these sound terrible. When I first tried them on for a couple of minutes they sounded pretty loud on max volume but with absolutely no bass. Now after 10 minutes or so, the volume is no where near what they were when I first put them in my ears and there is still no bass. Compared to $25 Soundbuds slim+ earbuds (also Bluetooth) these $50 ear buds are complete garbage in terms of sound quality. I was looking for an upgrade not a severe downgrade. I will return these and possibly replace because they might be defective. I will update if possible.

Pairing earphones shouldn't be difficult and we made the TB100's pairing process straightforward and effortless.

Simply take the earbuds out of the compact charging case and the earbuds will automatically enter discovery mode (both earbud's led will start blinking blue and red). Once in discovery mode, take your smartphone or tablet and identify "iLuv TB100" to connect with the earphones.

If your earbuds are already paired to your device, they will automatically reconnect whenever it's taken out of the charging case.

Desync Issue

TB100 earbuds are designed to automatically restore the connection with the last paired device when it is powered on. The simplest way to restore connection is to put the earbuds back into the case and take them out after 15 seconds.

If this doesn't resolve the problem, reset your Bluetooth on your device while the earbuds are in pairing mode. If this doesn't work, you may need to restart your mobile device.

Charging Issue

Place both earbuds in the charging case for 15 seconds then remove them; both earbuds will automatically power on for use.

Please make sure the case and earphones are charged. To confirm the case’s battery strength, plug in your USB charger and four LED’s will indicate the charging case is fully charged. If no LED’s are lit, please confirm your USB adapter plugged in and the wall outlet is working.

Secure Fit Issue

Choose from one of the three ear tips for the best fit and insert the correct earbud into the corresponding ear.

The earbuds are marked with either a L (Left ear) or R (Right ear) because each earbud is specifically angled to perfectly fit your ear shape.

Once the earbuds are inserted into your ear, slightly twist and turn clockwise to secure the fit; adjust as needed.

Impacted Speaker Issue

The TB200 sound quality may decrease whenever dust or wax impacts the speaker mesh of the earbuds.

Please make sure to check for impacted areas and clean the speaker mesh often to ensure good sound quality.

Please note: Do not put the earbuds into the charging case when wet.
