Question:	More confortable than last gen
Answer:	No. They are not as wide as last one. If your head is above the average head size it isn’t as confortable as last gen.
Question:	Can you use it while it’s charging ? Like plug and play basically unlimited battery
Answer:	Yes. I don’t recall if they supply a play and charge cable, but if not it is simply a micro usb. I have a 10ft cable from an old mouse I use, but the battery life is very good. I haven’t had to play and charge yet.... but with age I’m sure I will have to. Battery life will get worse with age of course.
Question:	I have had the headset for little over a month, and the mic just falls, how do I fix this
Answer:	Quick fix is to use a rubber band and wrap it around the mic near the base. The next thing you want to do is contact Astro directly and explain the issue. I had the same problem with mine and they sent me either a brand new or refurbished one (that looked brand new) that works perfectly. I didn't even have to send in my old one, so now i have extra parts if i need them in the future. I will say that it wasn't the quickest transaction though, taking over two months to receive the replacement. Although the delay was partly due to the pandemic. One last thing to note is that Astro will only replace it within one year of purchase.

Answer:	7.1 surround function on the base station is redundant because there's a dolby app you can install directly on any xbox 1+ or windows 10 device. which works with any stereo headset ever made. However, this headset has an optical hookup which can help boost your audio on any xbox 1+ or windows 10 device with an optical audo port and the headset itself in terms of hardware is superior to most headsets. The Dolby Atmos license can be bought independently through the xbox or microsoft store which is good for up to any five xbox 1+ or windows 10 devices. The base station comes with a 2 year license which you can either use, save or sell if you already own a license. Microsoft will addend the license to your account if you choose to use it but be careful which account if you intend to sell the account in regards to a peculiar game or games you no longer want to play.

Answer:	Yes they are surround sound. Not sure if 5.1 or 7.1

Answer:	for most intents and purposes surround sound through gaming headsets is done at the software level in games or through the OS very few if any headsets have more than one driver(aka speaker) per ear cup
Question:	don't you need to buy an adapter to work on ps
Answer:	To enable Mic Monitoring, press and hold the mute button ( While unmuted ) and you'll hear a tone. Press and hold again to turn off. The chat/game volume on headset overrides the chat settings on Xbox.
Question:	Can you purchase the USB adaptor separately
Answer:	This does NOT work on PC. I have a brand new Windows 10 Professional PC as of the date I tried it (1-15-21) and could not get it functional with several days troubleshooting. HyperX tech support confirmed to me that the CloudX Flight does NOT function on PC. I bought this headset based on this wrong answer, trying to save someone else the headache.
