Answer:	these Sp3060 earbuds would last minimum 2 years but it they break or stop working within couple of months you should be looking out for the points below 1- Never keep your headphones and earbuds in pockets, backpacks, or purses. No matter how careful you are, the container contents will get jostled and cause the cord to get pulled, stretched, twisted, bent, pinched, crushed, and damaged 2- Do not let the cord dangle off the edge of a desk, A dangling cord is basically stuck bent at a 90-degree angle, and that puts undue stress on the internal wire at that point. Think of it like a staple: bend it back and forth, it will break. If you ever press or pinch the cord against the edge by accident, it could sever the internal wire. 3- Never tie knots, avoid tight loops. Looser always better 4- Never pull the cable to disconnet the jack. Always pull from the 3.5mm jack. Here’s another huge reason why your headphones keep breaking: pulling on the cord causes stress where the cord meets the plug. Over time, pulling can cause the internal wire to break and separate from the plug. 5- Exposure to sweat and moisture. Electronics and water do not go together. Answer:	Mine have lasted 4 months with almost everyday use, I used them anywhere from running/working out to watching Netflix. Mine are starting to break starting at the button, which is pretty critical. The button (which I don't even use) is starting to activate at the slightest touch of the wire connected to it, I already ordered a different ear bud without a button to see how it fares but if you don't use the button, then I'd recommend finding something else without one. Either way, still a good pair of earbuds, definitely worth the $18.
Question:	will this drown out the incessant, loud, non-work related conversations of my co-workers so I will not want to scream at them to shut up
Answer:	They are not active noise cancelling ear buds. Meaning they don’t create the dampening effect generated by battery operated ear buds. They do seal up pretty good with the right buds attached. I always use the largest buds that stay in my ears. This with a little music playing should do the trick. I pull mine out while holding a conversation. Don’t have to do that with my Bluetooth set that cost 5 times as much. These seem to fit better.

Pairing earphones shouldn't be difficult and we made the TB100's pairing process straightforward and effortless.

Simply take the earbuds out of the compact charging case and the earbuds will automatically enter discovery mode (both earbud's led will start blinking blue and red). Once in discovery mode, take your smartphone or tablet and identify "iLuv TB100" to connect with the earphones.

Desync Issue

TB100 earbuds are designed to automatically restore the connection with the last paired device when it is powered on. The simplest way to restore connection is to put the earbuds back into the case and take them out after 15 seconds.

If this doesn't resolve the problem, reset your Bluetooth on your device while the earbuds are in pairing mode. If this doesn't work, you may need to restart your mobile device.

Charging Issue

Place both earbuds in the charging case for 15 seconds then remove them; both earbuds will automatically power on for use.

Please make sure the case and earphones are charged. To confirm the case’s battery strength, plug in your USB charger and four LED’s will indicate the charging case is fully charged. If no LED’s are lit, please confirm your USB adapter plugged in and the wall outlet is working.

Secure Fit Issue

Choose from one of the three ear tips for the best fit and insert the correct earbud into the corresponding ear.

The earbuds are marked with either a L (Left ear) or R (Right ear) because each earbud is specifically angled to perfectly fit your ear shape.

Once the earbuds are inserted into your ear, slightly twist and turn clockwise to secure the fit; adjust as needed.

Impacted Speaker Issue

The TB200 sound quality may decrease whenever dust or wax impacts the speaker mesh of the earbuds.

Please make sure to check for impacted areas and clean the speaker mesh often to ensure good sound quality.

Please note: Do not put the earbuds into the charging case when wet.

Answer:	I love them for running. There is no way to skip or replay a song from these earbuds, but I use them with my iPod shuffle so if I want to skip a song I just do it from the shuffle. I don't run with my phone which is why I like these earbuds so much, they are simple.
