Answer:	There is NO mic on these headphones, built-in or otherwise. Since I do not use these headphones with my phone, I can not say IF the volume control works on them either. When I have these plugged-in to my TV/computer monitor, I use a "mini pre-amp" to control the volume. Hope this helps...

Answer:	They are push button, which don't seem to be that popular, but I prefer because I find the touch ones too sensitive. If you flip your hair, you're likely to cut someone off with those, this is a much better product.

If you haven't found the answer, the instructions say "Under pairing mode (Means that do not connect with any device after power on), and twice press the MFB to change language into English of Chinese. Question:	How do I get these into bluetooth pairing mode? I tried long pressing the power button but nothing
Answer:	Make sure your Bluetooth is turned to on your device, phone, iPad or whatever. Hold power button on buds until blinks red & blue at same time. Watch close it is easy to miss that blinking part. Don’t keep holding button when u see blinking. It should keep blinking while it is pairing. Your device will show the name of buds on it and ask to pair. Click pair & give it a sec. . Once it is paired every time you turn on your buds it will automatically pair again. Don’t turn off Bluetooth. Hope this helps!

Answer:	The Bluetooth range is about 20-30 feet.

Answer:	These headphones come with the rubber tips. I find they do not seal completely leaving you in the bubble. I frankly like a more complete seal and have swapped out for the foam tips - easily done. Hope this helps!
Question:	Description says "w/mic". Where's the mic, and how effective is it
Answer:	It's in the right headphone (the one with the power and volume buttons). There's a little teeny-tiny hole next to the ear piece. That is the "mic". I've had no issues with it at all. I'm currently in a ldr and we are constantly on a video call together, and I use these headphones. At times, he would have trouble hearing me when I put the right headphone in my ear, so I just leave that one hanging and it sits on my..."chest" lol and works extremely well that way. I like to have one out of one of my ears anyway, so I am aware of what is going on around me. lol He uses the same ones and I hear him just fine. Never an issue. In fact, we both have 2 sets, so we can continue to use one set, while the other is charging. I love them and buy them as gifts for other people, every chance I get!
