Pairing earphones shouldn't be difficult and we made the TB100's pairing process straightforward and effortless.

Simply take the earbuds out of the compact charging case and the earbuds will automatically enter discovery mode (both earbud's led will start blinking blue and red). Once in discovery mode, take your smartphone or tablet and identify "iLuv TB100" to connect with the earphones.

If your earbuds are already paired to your device, they will automatically reconnect whenever it's taken out of the charging case.

Hands-Free Call & Buttonless Controls

The TB100 features a sleek buttonless user interface which allows for simple yet functional controls. You can double tap either of the earbuds to play or pause music and also answer or hang up a call.

Desync Issue

TB100 earbuds are designed to automatically restore the connection with the last paired device when it is powered on. The simplest way to restore connection is to put the earbuds back into the case and take them out after 15 seconds.

If this doesn't resolve the problem, reset your Bluetooth on your device while the earbuds are in pairing mode. If this doesn't work, you may need to restart your mobile device.

Charging Issue

Place both earbuds in the charging case for 15 seconds then remove them; both earbuds will automatically power on for use.

Please make sure the case and earphones are charged. To confirm the case’s battery strength, plug in your USB charger and four LED’s will indicate the charging case is fully charged. If no LED’s are lit, please confirm your USB adapter plugged in and the wall outlet is working.

Secure Fit Issue

Choose from one of the three ear tips for the best fit and insert the correct earbud into the corresponding ear.

The earbuds are marked with either a L (Left ear) or R (Right ear) because each earbud is specifically angled to perfectly fit your ear shape.

Once the earbuds are inserted into your ear, slightly twist and turn clockwise to secure the fit; adjust as needed.

Impacted Speaker Issue

The TB200 sound quality may decrease whenever dust or wax impacts the speaker mesh of the earbuds.

Please make sure to check for impacted areas and clean the speaker mesh often to ensure good sound quality.

Please note: Do not put the earbuds into the charging case when wet.

Question:	is this loud enough
Answer:	I find that they are very loud. I’m the kind of guy who usually needs to turn it to 90-100% while running to be satisfied. These are loud enough for me at 50-60% and I’m impressed with the bass, especially as cheap as these are...
Question:	How is the quality of this product
Answer:	Very good for the price you pay. You must realize that you´re not buying a premium earbud and for the price you pay you´re getting a pretty good earbud, sometime as good as the premium ones. It turn´s on right after you take them out of the box and connects the right channel with the left channel to your device right after. Besides that, it does have a great sound quality with bass and nice isolation, things you don´t get in earbuds that costs more than U$150,00!!! So, nothing to complain? Well, it does have some transmission problems that happens sometimes only once for about a second, but sometimes it repeats more than once... Although I´m very satisfyed with it.
Question:	can you use just one at a time
Answer:	Yes. I use one or the other independently depending on the situation (left for running, right for work so they get equal hours of use). I have to manually connect the left one on my phone, but the right one connects automatically. I use the left one for outdoor runs and leave the right bud at home, and it functions normally. The earbud will beep for about a minute while it's waiting for the right bud to connect, but then the beeping will stop and you can go on enjoying your music. You don't have to use the right bud only or have the right and left buds in proximity. You could take both out, let them connect to eachother, and then place one back in the case like others have suggested but it's faster for me to just take one out and connect it on my phone if it's the left bud.
Question:	The wireless charging is great and all, but what if I don't own a wireless charger
Answer:	I would recommend a wireless charger. Just put the box on the charger without wires. My phone uses wireless charging and it is great. I only use a wired cord when I would be low on battery and need to use my phone at the same time.

Question:	Can it switch between connected devices on the fly? So if listening to music on my computer then my cell phone rings I can answer it quickly
Answer:	There is no delay whatsoever. However I've found that when playing videos on facebook(specifically) audio plays for one second then everything goes silent. However the propblem does not persist when exiting the app. This may be a problem with the facebook app not the headphones.
Question:	How well does these sync up when watching video? Is there a delay between sound and screen
Answer:	no its not sweat proof
Question:	Is the charging clip sweat-proof
Answer:	The battery life wasn't great on these, but I mostly struggled with the fit in my ears. Had to return them.
Question:	Has anyone actually had a pair of these earbuds last for 4 hours on a charge without the charging clip
Answer:	Device only displays pulse rate and saturated oxygen percentage. It can be set to alarm (vibrate) if the oxygen rate drops below a certain threshold set by the user. Although a doctor can infer a breathing pause by looking at the report the device generates, it does not measure breathing or lengths of breath. If you think you are experiencing 10+ second pauses in breathing, you need to see a doctor ASAP. You are playing with fire!
